Excellent food, excellent service. Excellent 1st experience at Olive Garden :)

We are regulars at this Olive Garden, eating dine in or take out every other month, give or take. We always have the best... experience here with the food (Yay tour of Italy!) and employees. They provide an enjoyable environment for a date night with myhusband, or a family dinner with our 4 very young children. We recently ordered car side pick up and the order was about 15minutes late which we understand as it was a Friday. I’m assuming she was a manager (Laura) who came with two other kindemployees carrying our to-go order. She greatly apologized for the fact that we had to wait so long for our food, especiallywith kiddos and preceded to thank us for our patience with a gift card. My husband and I were shocked to say the least! We’revery easy going people and didn’t think too much of the wait, but they were so thoughtful and concerned with their servicewithout us even saying a word! How wonderful that there are still kind and courteous people in this world who actually SHOW thatthey care and not just say it. We were at Olive Garden Roseville Dec 31st and it was busy like a regular night. Everyone was professional and attentive, food... was great and came relatively quick. The mens restroom was gross, like you can get E Coli or Hepatitis in there. Urine all overthe floor so my son couldn’t stand close to the urinal, feces on the toilet, paper towels on the floor, inoperable soapdispenser. We used the restroom when we came in and about an hour later it was the same when we left. It seems like mensstandards have been declining over the years, so can’t blame OG for it happening. But OG should really increase the cleaning.It makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is kept. Read more

I celebrated my birthday at this location. It is a nice location. The ambience was 5/5 and my server was super friendly too. The... food as usual was amazing and the complimentary birthday cake slice was out of the world. My favorite is the chocolate lasagnebrownie and the chicken alfredo. Read more

Always love coming to the Roseville location. Service was fast and friendly. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and patient... explaining the menu. Everything is delicious. I especially love the all you can eat soup and salad. Recommend this restaurant ifyou have never been. Read more

We enjoyed a nice dinner of unlimited salad, breadsticks and soup. But I’m only giving Olive Garden 3 Stars because I had a... hard time finding something relatively healthy to order. Even their salad is just iceberg lettuce. I was looking for somethingwith dark leafy greens. The soups were even kinda heavy. The dinner was as expected as far as pasta and appetizers go. If youwant a meal with consistent taste each visit you’ll get it here. Maybe not somewhere I would frequent but that just myopinion. You may enjoy a nice comfort foods type meal more often than I do.
