Went to this location today and found the service to be friendly and polite she even made sure all utensils and sauces and... fortune cookies were included and that everything was packed correctly. As for the food the portions were generous but it goesdown hill from there the seasoning was lacking and some of the beef was so hard it was like biting on a rock. The chow mein wasso dry it must have been sitting for hours couldn't eat it. They need to do a much better job on the preparation and watchingthe sit times on the food. GARBAGE! This place needs to get Shut Down! How hard is it to fill an Order with meat? Ordered 3 servings of black peppered... chicken, waited in parking lot for half hour to come home and find mostly celery and onions and very little chicken. Stilltrying to find the meat in the meal. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 bowls but only received two. It had three shown on the screen so I figured... everything was right and went on my way home. I guess they never charged me for three but they did take my order of 1 bowl half& half with mushroom chicken, 1 bowl half white rice half chow mein and the sweet fire chicken & 1 bowl half & half with orangechicken with one veggie roll. The workers here don?t listen to you or when you think they are they make major mistakes. I alsowill ask them for sauce but they always act like you are stealing the sauce even when you buy a lot of food. I have orderedubereats from this location and asked for sauce and utensils and they leave them out so great, what if I?m somewhere there is noutensils? They seem to want to inconvenience their customers. Save your money and go somewhere where they value their customers. Read more

We eat here all the time! The dining room is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently delicious.... We also order online quite often and they get your food ready super fast. Read more
Typical Panda, food is well done. Sometimes you have to wait while a dish is cooked but of course it is hot and fresh.
