Don't use the to-go window you are trapped. I have used it twice and hoping for good service. It was worse than last time. ... First, they had signs saying cash only. Ok. Then two I went to order and I sat there with my ice cream and groceries in thesun with the window down ready to order. Nothing for a very long time. Three, the (one of the owners or family ) per thepicture inside Has complete rains on if you can order because she is the till. Many minutes went by. She came on two differenttimes and said wait. Who does that? I was supposed to wait in the sun ruining my groceries so she could take my one item order.I needed to go rolled up the window to not ruin my ice cream and other perishable items and still no order taker. So I rolledup around the corner at the window because it was in the shade. Again nothing a truck was blocking or I would have driven away.The lady was the cash register lady and could not still take my order. The dilverey young lady only delivers the food. Something is really wrong. The cash register lady took her sweet time tempting to do food service serving and replace items onthe inside before she even helped me. What kind of person is so out of it they can't make it right even when she talked ormaybe moved toward getting me order. It took both of them. She had to give me lip and take longer than normal to have both getthe one bowel order. I always have to beg for sweet sauce or soy sauce. They don't ask do I want it everytime Inside or out Ihave to beg for soy sauce. Really poor. That lady in charge hates people is always trying to cut corners and is overchargingfor what comes in the little bowel. We are less than rats to her. No understanding, comparison, or grace. Just dirty looks andugly faces to the public. Not good. All the hired young people seem to be trying to make up for the fact they work for a toxicboss. They are very sweet. Had 2 orders with my gf, the fried rice was not cooked evenly, some of our orange chicken was cold while others were just warm,... along with one of the shrimps from the honey walnut shrimp tastes a little bit on the raw side. Did not like. Read more
After spending $35 for lunch, I was declined a refill on my drink. My cup was completely filled with ice, leaving hardly any... room for soda, this appears to be the most expensive cup of ice I have ever bought. I will never eat at this location everagain. Read more
Sad to say but this Panda Express in Galleria Mall is one of the better options for a quick bite to eat in the food court. Food... tends to be much more fresh on busier days so if you see a line at least you know you?ll be getting something that hasn?t beensitting there for hours or to the point the food is dry. They do offer a mall employee discount of 10%. Read more
This food may not be the best for you, but it taste the best! I could eat panda every single week! The staff was very friendly... and attentive when I had to wait a few minutes for some fresh orange chicken. Of course there is no walk in during this pandemic, so little employee interaction or interior notes. But, the drive thru was... extremely quick for how many cars were lined up. The person taking our orders ( two separate checks for one vehicle ) wasfriendly but efficient, and it didn't even faze them with the two orders from the same vehicle.
