I keep giving this place too many chances than I should. Their crust just doesn't cook right no matter how many times I get... their pizza. Also everytime I watch them make my pizza the people always hand stretch it and make the crust look even moreunnatural. I enjoy the pleasant grove location over this one. I just picked up a pizza from Papa Murphy's. It was awful. We have gotten many of them and they were always delicious. I called... and asked to speak to the manager but she didn't come to the phone. I am guessing they are cutting costs by using cheaperproducts. That is too bad. I can see them going out of business in a short while is that is the case. I placed an online order before I left work yesterday. I got to this location and learned I?d placed my order at the location... across town. It was my mistake but the employee who helped me canceled that order, refunded my payment, made another pizza forme to purchase there and had me on my way home within ten minutes. She saved me an extra drive at the end of a long day and Iappreciate that immensely. The pizza was really good, too. Read more

Good pizza at a very reasonable price. Super easy to bake at home. Only 2 downsides: you can't add anything to the pizzas (i.e.... xtra sauce, double pepperoni, etc.) and the cheese is a little too chewy. Other than that, a good bargain. Read more

Ordered 3 pizzas online today. I spent time and money preparing to pickup my pizzas. I get there and they do not have a working... credit card machine. No call telling me to bring cash just 3 kids with a look of helplessness. I was forced to leave and buyfood elsewhere. How does a national chain function with only a single credit card machine in their store? Second, why does theirtraining omit the need to call back to customers that they will need to bring a specific form of payment? 1st and last time forthis place. Read more
