Specifically asked for this deal the guy then says I didn?t get cookie dough with my order, I asked confused because the sign... clearly says ?sweetheart of a deal? that is comes with cookie dough and a large heart shaped pizza. The manager who had anattitude the minute he came out says no you don?t get cookie dough. And I said the sign and online says you do. And he says ifyou want cookie dough I can charge you for that. Horrible customer service on the telephone. Decided to go to another location. Couldn't understand the young guy on the phone.... Sounded like he was high when speaking. Obviously did not like having a job with his tone of voice. Sounded inconvenienced whentaking my order. Taking my business elsewhere. Read more

We ordered two gluten free pizza crust pizzas due to a wheat allergy. They tasted good. Plenty of toppings. I thought I was... calling the Granite Dr. location. Luckily I asked where the location of this one was. This location is just as close as drivingto Papa Murphy?s on Grantie. It?s just in a different direction. We wanted to get the pizza before 4:00 so we didn?t have towait. I used a coupon from the mail and I was the only one there. It was done early even though they said it would be 25minutes before it was ready. I left after 15 minutes and the pizzas were already waiting for me. Read more
