Ordered 3 types of burgers with different types of bottomless fries. The fries were all delicious when they brought the right... types. The burgers were ordered with 2 supposed to be "no pink" and one with "some pink" all 3 came out one step from beingcharcoal, and as dry. The server was great and fixed them all no problems and no grumpiness. I hate complaining, so it was niceto not feel like I made them mad. When they were served they came out great. We had some great service tonight. We walked in and were sat right away. Nicole came to the table to take our drink order and... ask about appetizers. Someone delivered the drinks before she walked away from the table. Nicole and the food runners were ontop of it tonight. They provided great service and quick refills on drinks and food. The visit started off fine. Server was friendly...asked us if we wanted a basket of fries while we decided what we wanted to... order. We said sure and that's the first time she disappeared. We waited for 30 minutes and never received the fries. Then weordered and sat for another 30 minutes waiting for our food. Finally our food was brought to the table and everything was cold.After waiving her down for refills on our drinks...she again asked if we wanted more fries. Again I said yes...only for no oneto return for our drink refills or the fries. It costs too much to eat out to receive service like this. Small outs are bigright now and it's just not worth the money for experiences like this. $60 for cold food and ghosting service is not worth it tome. Read more

We love this place. We go at least twice a month. Our waitress Candice is always amazing. They are all very nice. Love the fact... that they keep the fries coming. They also make sure your drink is constantly refilled. And of course the food is so yumm. Wewill always return it's just that good! Read more

Came in for the $10 offer which was very much appreciated. Being older couple on budget we were glad to have such an offer... available. To top it off our server was very nice and attentive. He made it an enjoyable visit. Will come back! Read more

Spent $41 on a curbside pickup order. Called the number and then waited 10 minutes before calling again because they forgot to... bring out our order the first time. Also, paid for extra fries with one of our burgers. We did not get extra fries at all. Feltsuper ripped off. Other than that, food was good but don't recommend getting food to go. Frustrating experience. Update June2022- customer service reached out to remedy the situation which was greatly appreciated. Tried curbside pickup again which wasa slightly better experience this time. They are still stingy with the portions of the fries but food and service was stillgood. Read more

Fantastic Dining Experience! After shopping, our family decided to go to Red Robin (Galleria Blvd.) for lunch. From the moment... we sat down, we were treated with exceptional service. Our waitress Candace went above and beyond for us. She was incrediblyattentive and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Our kids really enjoyed their food and I wasvery happy to see that Red Robin has the Impossible Burger option, which helps vegetarians like me when I dine out.
