Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Saw everyone around us that arrived after get theirs. Food was cold when we got it... They... clearly forgot. Not only that but disappointed with the food too... Had great service here this evening. Went through the drive-thru. It was posted on the order box they are short-staffed so asked... for patience, but it was still pretty quick getting thru! The gentleman working at the window was very kind, happy, and quick! Ibelieve his name was Samuel per our receipt, but not sure if that was his name. (He had an accent). My experience here today was good no issues or problems, Food was good not great but it worked, my drink was a Cherry Slush... w/Nerds the best drink My Super Fav!! I've literally been here a total of 4 times. Every experience was the absolute worst. (Always at night). Hostile environment at... my last visit and the"Manager" swiped my card 3 separate times, at 3 different registers, for 3 separate prices... ???????? Andthen YELLS AT ME when I tried to address the situation??? So I contact the complaint line with very little luck as I have calleda total of three times and been fed the exact same speech every time. Corporate will get a hold of me. But then nobody ever doeswhen I asked you speak to a manager I'm told" I cannot guarantee you you will be able to speak to a manager"?? It has been over2 weeks and I still have not got my money back is that not theft? Read more
