I always go to starbucks before work and I've gone to many starbucks, however, I've never had such excellent customer service... like I have had at this one. Every time I've come to this location, the employees always greeted me and made me feel at home. Myorder is always correct and comes out in a timely manner. I'd like to shout out specifically to Morgan - she always has a smileon her face, and is always very friendly and engaging no matter how busy it is! Read more
My daughter liked it his location and so will you. It's clean. It's near great Mexican restaurant and of course another boring... Subway ????. But, girls working there are hotter than the coffee and the drive thru is quick. As for the food, I like it. Thetables are few, but bathroom ???? little. It's charming but know rustic. I don't know what this is? Do you know what this is? I just know what it's not, it's not made correctly, it's not coffee. It's... not something that tastes good, it's not something I finished more than 10% of for the first time in my entire life but morethan anything else, it's not worth the $6 I paid for a grande. Blech. It should have been an iced apple crisp macchiato, insteadit was hot milk and burnt coffee with no other available flavor, I gave it to a coworker who had a similar experience and thenthey threw it away. Rude, I called the Starbucks for my MOBILE-IN STORE order to pick up because they locked the doors and the guy who answered was... petty and rude and told me I had to go from the drive thru but the line wasn?t even moving, this is a slow store and I am nevergoing to this Starbucks, I told the guy they?re losing a customer and he said he didn?t care basically. So disappointed in thestaff and store for not updating hours and pick up services on the app. I left without picking my drink, waste of money. Read more
