Nope.. I am not coming back here again. Me and my husband wants to try some new sushi place in Roseville and found out they are... still open. We ordered the kiss me and dragon roll, also a udon. What a great restaurant! In a shopping center, with lots of access to parking. So convenience for sure... I know during covid,... some people are hesitant to eat at places. But this restaurant was clean, well kept & tables spaced nicely apart. Even thebathrooms were clean too. Food was excellent & cooked well. Portions were pretty large! The sushi was made well and that's alot for us to say, since we are from Hawai'i! Another thing, the service was excellent from the lady there. Polite, quick &conversations were nice! This is our go to Sushi spot. We get out the door with 3 rolls and 2 miso for around $50 while that other popular Sushi place in... town would charge us double for the same. We enjoy the half off rolls. Rocklin and Viagra are both favorite rolls. The chefsseem very well trained and can make good sushi rolls quickly without sacrificing quality. We?ve gone here several times and usually enjoy it, but tonight was an unfortunate time. I ordered a tempura shrimp sushi,... nothing unusual. I took several bites and noticed a strong fish taste, eventually spitting out one of the bites into a napkinand checking the rest of the roll. The shrimp was actually rotten and yellow throughout the whole roll. The worst part waswhen we notified the staff they didn?t seem too concerned at all. By the end of the meal they only volunteered to comp the oneroll that was rotten, no apology or anything. Won?t be eating here again. Read more
