So so good. New favorite sushi place in the area. Order the secret menu lobster chips! Pic is of the Jeremiah (super spicy and... delicious) and the Island roll. California roll is super good too-- they're not all created equal you know. Expect to wait35-45 min for a table on peak nights (like every other decent place in the Roseville/Rocklin area). Read more
I'm new to the area and have heard great things about this place so I finally decided to tangs. After seeing multiple good... reviews and pictures of peoples orders that they posted I wanted to try the fish lovers and the blue oaks roll. The first twopictures is what I was expecting to get and what people have posted and the third picture is what was what I got. The rice wasvery dry the rolls didn't have much flavor. I was very disappointed and would not recommend. I understand I ordered take out,and I understand the presentation isnt the same as dine in, but have never had sushi like this before. Read more
We heard raving reviews about this place and came to feast. We were not disappointed! We arrived and were immediately sat down,... everyone was really nice and on top of drinks and orders. After about 15 minutes our food starts arriving and if there'sanything you should try, it is the Honey Spicy Chicken (I think thats what its called lol). So juicy and well cooked! Themushrooms and onions were yummy too! We ordered 3 kinds of sushi rolls and the presentation was great! I would suggest orderingsauces to dip the sushi into though because we love saucy rolls, but they weren't saucy imo. Read more
All I hear is great things about this restaurant but that was not the experience I had today. First, they don't answer the phone... for pickup orders, so I went in and ordered since I really wanted to try, I brought the unanswered phone to the attention of theguy that rung me up and he basically was like yeah that happens.... second after about 10 minutes of seeing what I thought to bemy order ready on the counter I had to stop someone and ask them to grab my order before I was late back to work....lastly theavocado inside my rainbow roll was brown! We were absolutely blown away by this place!! We have had some amazing Sushi from all over and it has left us very picky about... where we go. We had given up finding anywhere in our area for years! Then, on a whim we tried Tang?s for the first time lastnight!! Everything was so so fresh and the pieces of fish we got we nice and thick- not paper thin! We could actually savor theamazing flavors of the fish! It?s clean and tang and his staff are so friendly and right there to offer suggestions and to makesure everything came out perfection. People- order the Chef?s Special! It comes on a board with a ton of melt In your mouth sushi perfectly paired with the most amazing sauces that don?t overwhelm the freshness and flavors of the fish!
