Kaitlyn did a great job on sandwiches, but the eating area had garbage on floor and only one big table to seat 4 was clean
Arrived at 842 and they did not offer any toasted or heated up sandwiches and said that they are closing up and need to make... sure the toaster oven cooled down? I Personally did not come here for a cold sandwich but Was left with no other option.Disappointed. Read more
I have ordered delivery from this location instead of the one closer to me because they always made the sandwiches properly.... This time we ordered 3 sandwiches and two of them had very little meat. The Clubhouse Melt had two very thin slices of turkeyand one piece of ham, no bacon, I think I saw some cheese. It was like it may have been sitting around for awhile. The Ham andCheese had one very small piece of swiss no tomatoes, didn't look appetizing. I called the store the girl that answered was verysweet and apologized, but I don't fell confident to spend so much money to have an order delivered that was so badly prepared.Sad that this happened, because they have been so good in the past. Horrendous service, don?t bother with this place. Ordered on Uber eats, they..took...forever On top of that, my Uber driver... called to me they ran out of the bread I ordered, which essentially meant they didn?t even bother making my sandwich before mydriver got there. ON TOP OF THAT, I paid extra $7 to make the sandwich bigger to a 9 inch, and it literally looked and tastedlike a regular size. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because my pastrami sandwich was pretty great. Otherwise the service was completely... lacking. I ordered online and gave them an extra 10 min, which brought a total of 25min to make 2 sandwiches? Read more
As I've said on other reviews. I like pastrami. Who doesn't? I've had a love/hate relationship with Togo's from my first... experience in the 1970's in Citrus Heights until the present. It seems that the chain has difficulties between providingquality and providing less expensive sandwiches. Every few years, prices go up, and quality with it. Then it appears theychoose not to raise prices again, and quality decreases for a few years until they raise prices again. I've enjoyed Togo'spastrami sandwiches (#9 and #10) for many years in many locations, but at this time, it seems that they give you a lot of bread,and not much in the way of filling. Honestly, I'd rather pay a bit more and get something with a bit more beef. But on theother hand, what you do get it fairly good. I say 3 stars. Great sandwiches and great staff. The reason for the 4 is because there is one staff member that doesn't smile and has no... enthusiasm in her voice. The guy that seems to be the manager is great. And so is the rest of the staff. Service is greattoo. This location is in an older building and therefore the bathroom looks a little run down but it's clean and has everythingyou need. Read more
