I wanted a simple $2.00 cash back and the cashier put his hand over the system and erased it and said we don't have $20.00... assuming that's what I wanted. So I canceled and said ring me up again, he then bypassed the next cash back option, Iimmediately tried to cancel the transaction but it ended up going through. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me in cash,but then told me to never come back! I frequent here and am a former employee of a different 7 eleven and I know he cannot denyme cash back even if it was $20.00. The clerk was rude and I am a cashier myself so I'm aware of hardship and job expectations in this career. The man on Sunday May... 15th at 12:47 pm was the worst cashier I ever dealt with. I'm pregnant and was attempting to do several things on my way to runerrands. I wanted to buy a bottle water with my bridge card. purchase a hot dog with my cash app. And ask for change for a 20 soI can catch the bus to my next errand. The man over charged me 80 cents I let that go but I mentioned that his prices listed wevery different than what he's ringing up. As I was trying to tell him I wanted to buy a hot dog with my cash app and I neededchange for a 20 he yelled at me waiving his hand in my face. No change! Totally out of line and uncalled for. My husband seenthis and told him we weren't being rude and he shouldn't be. I said nevermind everything else I'll just buy the water with cashto get change and take my business elsewhere so Subway it is. As a loyal customer I should be able to get change for a 20 anddecent encounters with associates. And if not the change at least don't yell at me for asking. I was polite willing to pay forwhat I wanted and overpaid for water to get change and disrespected simultaneously. NEVER going to this location again. OnHarper and Masonic in St. Clair shores they are waaay nicer in 7/11. Read more
This place is terrible. I went in to buy a powerade, handed the guy a $20, he gave me back $2. I said "i gave you $20, where... the rest?", he called the "manager" and the manager said he was "too busy" to look at the camera to verify and to come backtomorrow and he would show me th e video. I'll bet the videos are automatically deleted every 24 hours. Also, both morning guysare rude and lazy acting like you bothering them when you come in to spend money in they dirty store. Read more
Went in this 7 eleven a couple of weeks ago and the dude was absolutely rude! I asked him a question and he was being sarcastic... like what? Why roll your eyes at somebody when they did nothing to you ????? Lord was on my side because I was gone act a fool!He was lucky it was 3 am that night ! The 2 foreign guys in the morning are rude. They don?t even greet you when you walk in just stare. I spent 5 minutes at the ATM... wondering why it wasn?t working then. I finally asked is it broken and the man just looked at me and continued to fold pizzaboxes. Luckily I had to work or else I wouldve cause a scene. The store was also filled with trash on the outside and stickyfloors on the inside. The second worker just spent the whole time on his cellphone watching videos. Won?t be back. Read more
This has to be the worst 7-Eleven in the world. I've seen truck stops cleaner than this place. The staff is lazy, doesn't know... how to ring items correctly, burns the food, and doesn't clean a thing. They're always on their cell phones and you have to waitfor them to finish before they even acknowledge you standing there. There's always trash everywhere, coffee bar is nasty andcoffee is cold, slurpee machines are broken and the sandwich and salad cooler has been leaking for days and pooling water on thefloor. Just shut it down for a while. A LONG WHILE. That way they can clean and sanitize as well as get some people that are more... friendly. I went in tried to over look the fact that I was sticking to the floor but going to that machine and seeing the horrorI just had to show you and then quickly leave the premises. Yeah. This store is absolutely disgusting. The floor is so nasty my shoe literally got stuck and came off? clearly there is pop split... on the floor and instead of getting a mop and cleaning it up they just put a caution wet sign?. The laziness shows as soon asyou walk in?. Do better and you may actually have some business. Read more
