Food is always hard or cold and some of the employees need better customer service
The food is always good but depending on what day you go, you never know what kind of server will be on deck!
Always hot and fresh! Employee's are always nice. Frozen strawberry lemonade mixer hits the spot in the summer!!!
Love this place. Every time I come to the mall I have to grab a pizza pretzel! So delicious! The lines aren?t ever long because... they move pretty fast. I was third in line and was out within 3 minutes. I also enjoy the cheese dip you can purchase or get ifyou buy a combo. Would definitely return again next time! Read more
They had 1 old crusty pepperoni pretzel that looked about three hours old, and zero regular ones available. We were told it... will be at least 20 minutes for a pretzel. This should not be the case at 6pm with 5 employees on. The store that basicallysells nothing but pretzel was out of pretzels on a Saturday afternoon. Read more
District manager Olivia talks to employees like they are slow. She gets mad at them for personal reasons and cuts their hours.... Tells employees they will be written up for calling off for any reason even if sick, has employees coming in to work aftertesting positive for Covid. She?s more interested in these kids personal lives than she should be. She should be fired. It?s noone?s fault she?s 35+ working in fast food but her own. Read more
We have been to several locations and EVERY time this one is by far the WORST! Rude employees, ridiculous wait times and for... hard, cold pretzels! I'll definitely be going to other pretzel place in the mall from now on! Read more
