I ordered bacon burger I could not even find the hamburger???? it was small and thiner then a White Castle Patty !!!! very... disappointed???????????????????????????? I guess I won't be going there again I wonder why the businesses are closing down yeahI know ????????????????I said I wouldn't go there again but I did what a mistake the drive-thru was the only way to order we gotin line and it took over half an hour to place an order we couldn't back up and get out of line it was cars behind us I finallygot out and walked up there it's four or five people in there goofing off playing around on November 14th Monday at 6:00 theyneed to get someone better in charge there very very disappointed???????????????????????????????????? I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru line. I couldn't pull out of line because of the curb. I understand they only... had 2 workers, but maybe put a sign out stating "expect longer than normal delay due to short staffing." Since the pandemic,burger king in general has went to hell. The one on hall and schoenherr closed due to lack of employees. I probably won't beback until you get enough employees to work. Read more

Today they were severely understaffed a Macomb mall next to del taco location. Yet they had excellent customer service and keep... a smile. I was pleasantly surprised to the lady at the window being cheerful under the circumstances. KUDOS TO THEM BOTH! Thankyou for giving excellent customer service. I think it's terrible Burger had only 2 people running that store. But the two staffmembers did the best they could. They need raises or a CASH bonus for their hard work. It had to be a very trying day. I hopeBurger King will get them more help even if it means a district manager coming from behind the desk to help. Read more
I'd put 0 stars if I could, purely based on service, not the food because I didn't get to eat here. I tried to visit this BK... location today. Placed my order, get to the window, and when I try to use my coupon code from the BK app I was told I had to useit when placing my order. It doesn't say that anywhere on the app or the specific coupon. No attempt to work with me on thisissue by the Burger Queen at the window... just repeated my total. I don't understand why something so simple couldn't beaccomplished? Could you just re-input the order with the coupon? Maybe edit it? Guess not. I'm quite sure the window guy justdidn't know what he was doing, but probably could have asked someone for help instead of being difficult. He seemed shocked whenI said "Well I guess I'm good then" and drove off. Couldn't spend my money here based on principle and went elsewhere. I only am giving this particular Burger King two stars because the food is always good. However, the ?manager? Jennifer Leppek,... is just a miserable person who should never be able to work with the public!! She told me she owned the whole store, and NO ONEwas above her! (Lol) when I asked for HER bosses number, or someone who is above her. Even though on the front door it says?manager? along with her name. My questions regarding payment for my own order that I am paying for was obviously too much andset her off into a completely rude and nasty person. She told me to go find the number on my own and she isn?t going out of herway to give me any numbers. Needless to say, I probably won?t be returning to this Burger King. Even though it is the mostconvenient one for me to go to and the food is always fresh.. SAD. Read more
Two Whoppers and Two Large Onion Rings cost $19.89 in which all are un-edible. Burgers tasted like plastic, and onion rings... hard as a rock. Most disgusting food we have ever had from Burger King. Read more
When it is open during reg bus hours, good is good, service is quick. Other times they close early for no reason, sometimes... while you are in line at the drive through. Read more
