Some mornings I stop in the drive-through on my way to work. I always get Cathryn taking my order at the drive-through. She is... such an amazing and upbeat person. Kinda gross to watch them make our food on the table and put the paper on it after it?s made? then my fries tasted like... jalapeños. Forgot not one but BOTH ranches and the lady at the window was rude. Sorry. Couldn?t do the online survey theydidn?t give me a receipt. Lmfao and they skimped me on a few nuggets. Somone in the kitchen here is messing up, we just ordered 3 your way deal meals and 2 of our orders which had the bacon double... cheeseburgers included didn't have bacon on them. Our chicken fries were also old so they were very stale. Read more
Just went to Burger King at 9:30am. Went to drive-thru for breakfast. I ordered $5 meal (Two Croissan'wich, Small Hashbrown,... with Small Coffee) and they said they don?t have any.. so I ordered the Egg-Normous Burrito instead and they said they wereout.. so I asked what do they have for breakfast and the response I was given was ? The cleanest and friendliest Burger King I've ever been to. So thankful that inside seating was open. It was so nice to sit down... and eat a meal. We've all been eating in our cars for the last 2 years. I'm glad this location is open. I will come back often,great job!!! Read more
Got the bacon cheeseburger ???? off of the Value Menu and a SMALL order of fries ????, total $3.06. Bacon cheeseburger was good... and worth the price!! But does this pic look like an order of SMALL FRIES? It looks more like an order of KIDDIE FRIES (or evenless)!! This was my 1st visit in over a year. Clean store, well spoken polite staff. I'd give it 5 stars but I'm tired of paying for things only to discover they aren't in... the bag once i get home. No, I don't want a coupon or a free meal, the issue shouldn't exist in the first place. I've worked ina kitchen, and at a fast food place before. It's not hard to make sure the items on the screen are in the bag, especiallywhentheres only 3 vehicles in the drive thru. A child could do it. Won't be going to this BK anymore. Read more
