Most of the staff is lazy and rude! Makes sense why there is never a line. Literally had the girl at the window who was beyond... rude for no reason tell me when I asked for ketchup and my receipt that they were out of ketchup and receipt paper but Iliterally seen my receipt print ! I said that?s not my receipt right there.. she rolls her eyes hands me my receipt and shutsthe window in my face ! She lied about the receipt I?m sure she lied about not having ketchup but like why ?! Are you that lazy!Go work somewhere else! The receipt was literally in arms reach to her! I went yesterday they were closed due to no staff.Then today the lady who took my order was very rude, she kept interrupting me... while I tried to order. Oh my God this place is ridiculous. I only stay three blocks away and I never stop here. But one particular night last week I... decided to stop here. When I made my order it was reported back to me and I was told to pull around by this rude person overthe speaker.. I put around arrived at the window and a very dirty looking lady came to the window with a bad attitude. I don'teven know why she was there because of the way she looked and how unprofessional she was.. she then takes my money anddisappears around to the back for about 10 minutes bringing back this little small bag. In the bag was a messed up smashedlooking sandwich and it was ice cold. I demanded a refund and I would never go to this place again. Did not care for this location. Parking lot needs work due to pot holes. With snow melting couldn't see it and it hit hard. Got... the new chicken strip (8 count) for 9.99 and one was 1/2 the size and the other was like 2 of the chicken bite size. Chocolateshake was a joke. It was like a chocolate swirl. Read more
