Unfortunately, it seems better days have left this place. Tables, seats, and touch screens were dirty to the point it was... uncomfortable to even be sitting. Drinks needed to be made in the kitchen. After ordering, we were informed the restaurant didnot have any napkins (which made absolutely no sense). That was enough concern to not trust the quality the food would be in andwalked out. Hoping this location turns it around as it used to be a good place to go, but I can't advise anyone to eat here atthis time. Read more
I ordered from UberEats but i can?t find a place to leave a review so I had to come here to vent. I wouldn?t even go through the... trouble but listen. i was gonna just take the L when I bit into the dry well done burger even though I asked for Pink or thatthere?s not even a handful of these cold fries. I was gonna live with the overcooked rubbery chicken which was served with nodipping sauce. But when i see that you didn?t give me ANY avocado ranch for these Southwestern Egg Rolls??? There was 8 of us seated yesterday. Our server was very nice. BUT I ordered Beef nachos as an appetizer. 20 minutes goes by no... nachos. 35 minutes no nachos. I asked our server where they're at she says I'll check. She didn't return so I asked the manager,now in the meantime the food is being brought to all of us. AND our food was cold and burnt and raw. They finally brought to methe beef nachos our appetizer, the cheese was burnt and the beef was very tough. Then on top of that the manager says Well webrought out two chips and dip at no cost to you. I told her NONE of US Should have to pay for ANY of this GARBAGE. NONE of usare ever going to return to this Chili's again!!!! And that store smells like mold and mildew. Read more
I keep giving it chance after chance, can we say insanity. I will say this time it was a little better. Our sever was clearly... new, but she was sweet and we were patient with her. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. If the food was better,I wouldn?t be so upset the terrible service. I wouldn?t recommend THIS Chili?s unless you?re in for drinks and dessert. They dohave a season watermelon spritzer for $5 and that?s actually worth it. It comes with vodka and tequila and has watermelons sugar(high) on the rim. Last thing, I guess they turned the outside lights off to indicate to potential customers they were closedor closing. My experience at this Chili's restaurant was Excellent! For starters my server Savanah (Hope I spelled her name right) was so... very attentive and Helpful. She was welcoming and very patient with my 7 & 4 year old. She made this the best experience thatwe've had at a Chili's restaurant in a very long time. I food was good and the kids actually ate & liked it. I think mostpositive experiences at restaurants start with a server that cares. Thanks Savanah you rock! Why when I went for my curbside this evening that was supposed to be ready between 6:27 PM to 6:32 PM wasn?t ready until 30... minutes after which was 7:02 PM is when I got my bag. We?re not talking about a little late? 10 min or so would have just beenlike okay stuff happens but 30 min is crazy late. Totally unacceptable and even worse don?t try to call to talk to a managerbecause the phone will ring ring and ring and then just disconnect.* Update* besides the asparagus being over cooked which I canget over the Tortilla soups that I was really looking forward to is well not even soup. I?m not sure what they gave me. Onionsbrown on my salad from god know what.. It?s thick and there?s no soup at all? My son didn?t finish but a couple bites of hissoggy burger.. The food was good except the cold partial order of fry's and my wife's third choice of the menu being available. Service was... terrible the best service we got was the guy from the kitchen that brought out food then got us napkins. The store was dirty,there was only 3 other tables seated but had to wait a few minutes after being told if we didn't want to sit at the bar we hadto wait because there was no clean tables then was sat next to the kitchen so we got to here the staff cuss every ten secondsand argue about who gets to leave early and who had to bring food out. Then we waited 20 minutes to be able to cash out aftereating. I've always had great service when using door dash from this location but I'll never go in again. Read more
