We celebrated a birthday here and our experience was wonderful. The updated building looks beautiful. The restrooms were clean.... We had a party area and our host was wonderful. We were charged 25.00 dollars on boneless chicken wings and it was like little popcorn chicken definitely not worth the money. I... spent $225 for eight kids.plus.my salad bar. You guys definitely need to bring back your coupons. Read more
The new renovations are nice. the pizza isn't as good as it was before and now the prices are beyond ridiculous and I don't... complain about costs I shouldn't have to come spend $100 on tokens alone for the kids to have a good time. Read more
Okay I will try to be as fair and objective as possible, even though I am still mad about my experience at this place today.... WARNING LONG REVIEW... First a quick background...This place is very special to me. 25 years ago this location gave me my firstjob. I worked here for years as a teen, then brought my children here multiple times in their childhood. I'm very familiar withthe way that this operation is supposed to be run. Today, 08/04/2022 @ 7:30PM, I visited this store with my daughter and two2-year old nephews. After checking in, we went to the counter to order food. The first thing I noticed was the astronomicalprices for EVERYTHING. A large one topping pizza starting at $18.45 is ridiculous. Getting past the price of the food, thesecond thing I noticed was the associate at the counter was visibly irritated with my presence. I felt like I was bothering herby coming to spend my hard earned money at her place of employment. She wasn't directly rude, but I did not feel welcomedeither. $76 is what I spent for one XL meatlover's pizza, 4 cups, and one 90 minute play card. After paying the bill, theassociate gave me a blinking buzzing device and told me when it went off to go the pick-up window to get my food. My immediatethought was "there's nobody working that can bring my order to my table when ready?" Even though I felt like this experiencewas way overpriced and underwhelming from the beginning, I was still excited to see the kids play and taste the pizza (because Iknow it's good). The game room was clean and the games all worked well, no problems there. The kids seemed to be enjoyingthemselves. When the pizza was ready it tasted just as good as I remembered. The kids liked it as well. After eating we leftour food and drinks on the table and went back to playing. As it started getting closer to closing, I went to cash in the kidstickets and ask the associate for a carry out tray to pack up the rest of the pizza so we could enjoy it later. As Read more

Haven't been in a while and it was definitely better this time around... The games were much better, and bringing back Chuck E... Cheese with the new music and dance that is kid orientated was giving vibes more along Mickey Mouse than Chuck E Cheese... Mydaughter had a blast.. Great Job... ???? P.S.
