Apparently, even though their goal is to sell product, they won't sell it. Fresh Cinnabon were going to be done soon and the... woman wouldn't even tell me when and said she wouldn't sell me a 4 pack "Because those are usually made in the morning." Ok, sothe goal isn't to sell your product, got it. Thanks but no thanks Cinnabon. First time ever coming to this location and I knewit was going to be bad because of the type of employees in the area; food service employees just don't care about the foodanymore and it's disgusting. I got a cold cinnamon roll ???? also half of it was torn off but the lady didn?t care she looked at me and PLOPPED it into the... box, It annoyed me. Poor service they truly don?t care. Read more

I went to this location to purchase a 6 pack and was told that they could only sell them to me individually. I asked why and the... lady said because you have to preorder. Which I would have understood if they didn?t have atleast 8 trays of freshly madeCinnabon?s cooling off. I was so excited about this new location being so close to my home and have sent so much business theirway. It?s sad that I will never go back or send my friends and family due to the rudeness and poor customer service. Super sad over my experience here today. I arrived early before they opened so I waited patiently for my mocha latte chill, that... I love and come here every week for. But the lady that took my order seemed to be upset with me and then took next customerorder without making my drink, she eventually asked someone to make my drink but the person used a can of whip cream that wascompletely liquid. The cashier didn?t seem to think there was anything wrong with it but I assured her it wasn?t right and soshe had the other girl make me another drink while dramatically throwing out the liquid whip cream one. I met the owner of thislocation when they first opened and he was so nice, I am hoping that this was a one time incident. Other Cinnabon locations knowme and go out of their way to be nice to me because I am such a loyal customer, they even would serve me before technically opensince the drink mix is already made. Love the cinnabon, but I didn't like the fact the young lady collected the money, touched debit cards, made the beverages,... packaged the individual cinnabon orders, touched the pre packed orders, touched the frosting, touched and put the napkins in thebag, all with her gloves on never changing, from food to money...I wanted to say something to her, but she looked as if shereally didn't care, and it would have went in one ear and right out of the other, so I'm leaving this 2 star review, hopefullythe manager will, see it and be able to train their employees better on cleanliness an cross contamination...one person handlesthe money. The other prepares and deliver the food and beverages...other than that this location was clean an stocked with6packs..but not one single frosting included, you have to purchase separately... I was sooo happy to see Cinnabon at Macomb mall! Sincerely ecstatic. Well..... It was pure chaos and honestly the worst... experience I've ever had with any Cinnabon, ever. 1- The line was pretty busy, but the wait was ridiculous! There were ppl inand out of line waiting to pay and waiting for their order after they paid. I'm taking like 20+mins minimum. Staff wascompletely unorganized and kept getting orders wrong. 2-They wouldn't sell me any packs even though they had more than enough todo so. 3-The ones I got seemed (looked and tasted) a little undercooked. 4- I bought a quart of frosting, which I was beyondexcited about. I mean they've never had that option before. Well, the excitement was short lived. I tried it later that nightannnd..... It WAS BAD! Like it has been sitting for too long and went bad/expired! So upset about that! 5- To to it all off, I'mpretty positive I was overpriced. Somehow 6 minibons and the quart of frosting somehow came to $36! I DID NOT understand how, soI naturally said something and even went thru what I was getting again....but the girl told me the price was correct. To avoidmaking everyone in line wait even longer, I paid and left. I feel as though they need a better system, better training, betterproduct/quality control, and prob better staff... DEFINITELY NOT saying ALL, but a few might just go a long way. Just myexperience and thoughts of that 1 time. I def don't wanna count then it just yet. Still holding out faith for this location.
