A great experience and our first time at Hook & Reel. We were seated right away and greeted by Justin who quickly filled our... beverage order. This place has great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Our food was excellent! I had clam chowder and achicken Po-Boy which was very tasty but I wished I had ordered a boil like the others at our table did cause it smelled sodelicious! Our server Savannah was friendly and very polite. We will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu. Managereven stopped by the table to make sure that everything was great. This place is phenomenal!!!!! The food has so much flavor and perfectly cooked. I had a mini shrimp boil with the hook and reel... special seasoning and it is delicious. Food was good until I got to this. Dirty shrimp got sick to NY stomach instantly. Asked for the manager who in my opinion didn't... care. First thing he said was I can't take it off the bill. I didn't ask for him to. He asked if I wanted him to have them makethe 1 shrimp over. No sir this is unacceptable. Larry the general manager needs to be retrained on customer service.
