My minor child was hired at the Gratiot location, she worked 2 orientation days before the manager dropped the ball with... scheduling. It?s on month later and she has not been paid for those 2 work days. Jamie, the manager I spoke with today was shortwith me and full of excuses. Had a delivery ordered twice from here waited 2hours for my food for it to not be made. The second delivery driver went out of... his way to get the correct order that THIS LOCATION MESSED UP and they refused to remake the order knowing if I called GrubHubback they'd just cancel the order for me to never receive my food, this isn't the only ordered messed up from this locationeither they're consistently wrong or missing items will never be ordering from this location again and advise others not to ifthey're expecting food to show up when they order it! The food did not taste good. The boneless wings we not fried well like I specified, so they felt soft. The curly fries on the... other hand were fried to hard, almost burned. The pies had no taste, no flavor, & looked underbaked. 0 stars would notrecommend. Waste of money. Read more

My son ordered on DoorDash but we picked it up our order. When we got there it Kepted Saying order will be ready in a min. the young white woman working curbside has the worst attitude I've ever dealt with in the service industry. you get treated... better at fast food joints. if you have an issue taking out orders then QUIT. that's literally your job no one isinconveniencing you by expecting you to do your job.. I'd give lower if I could. I sat waiting on the curbside pickup and after over 10 minutes I went in. I noticed no one was... coming out. The food was cold! Horrible service and full of excuses. If you don't have the staff to run a business, don'tfake it! Update! I did contact through Facebook and the website and still no refund. It's clear that the customer service islacking throughout the organization. 10 days later, reference a complaint # 2801219 and still no response from the company.
