Never again. I?ve had the occasional wrong order which isn?t really a big deal, but today I waited an hour for a sub and THIS is... what I got. Mostly bread, barely anything inside. I usually get this so I know what to expect and the bread is at least covered.This is totally ridiculous. I?m on my lunch break so I don?t have time for them to make it right after I already waited an hourfor it to begin with. Seriously disappointed. This is unacceptable. Never again with this location. Awesome staff and customer service!!!!! Everyone was very welcoming and extremely kind when I stopped in to pick up my order!! I... ordered the wrong sandwich online by mistake (realizing when I got there) and they remade the one I wanted without question,right away! I truly appreciate this location! I ordered jimmy John's 18 piece catering box. The young man stated that I would usually have to call it in first but that he... would go ahead and make it. He was very accommodating and maybe he did it because it was slow or maybe God touched his heartbecause Christmas was coming up. Nevertheless I'm thankful. I'll be going back soon. I don't get the bad reviews I've ordered delivery from here twice, it gave me this location, and both times an hour before they... closed. I normally try to not do stuff like that, but that's how my schedule rolled at work and then by the time I was home.Either way my food arrived at decent times and it's probably the best choice for delivery for convince, price and quality todo Split a sub for the kid and I on a lazy couple of days.
