I'm leave 2 stars because the food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. I ordered online in hopes to have my food... conveniently waiting. 1st thing I notice, 1 person out of 8 was working. Everyone was legitimately standing around the drivethru window and as I walked in, I announced that I had a pick up order when everyone looked at me. I was completely ignored.After waiting 10 minutes and a few people got their food. I walked upto the ordering counter and mentioned that I had an onlineorder. The fries were great. The Ky wings were average. The service was bad. The person on drive thru was un trained or very new,... either way she didn't need to be taking orders at the drive thru. She has no customers service etiquette. I didn't get what Iwanted in the combo, I wanted fries and got mash potatoes, so I returned that and got the fries. Then discovered didn't have thebiscuit.
