I'm leave 2 stars because the food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. I ordered online in hopes to have my food... conveniently waiting. 1st thing I notice, 1 person out of 8 was working. Everyone was legitimately standing around the drivethru window and as I walked in, I announced that I had a pick up order when everyone looked at me. I was completely ignored.After waiting 10 minutes and a few people got their food. I walked upto the ordering counter and mentioned that I had an onlineorder. My food was then handed to me after another 10 minutes. I'll pass on this location. Find another chicken place. Read more
3 times now I have come there around 10:50pm the sign open is on and drive thru hours say they are open until 11 and they... refused to take my order saying they are closed. They need to either adjust there hours or honor the hours they say they areopen awful customer service experience Read more
The fries were great. The Ky wings were average. The service was bad. The person on drive thru was un trained or very new,... either way she didn't need to be taking orders at the drive thru. She has no customers service etiquette. I didn't get what Iwanted in the combo, I wanted fries and got mash potatoes, so I returned that and got the fries. Then discovered didn't have thebiscuit. The girls working on 8/23 around 8:30pm were friendly and fast. The food was fresh too.
Repeated multiple times to cashier what I wanted, still after getting my food wasn't the right and got overcharged. Was with... co-worker and he didn't get what he even asked for. Lucky whoever was doing the cook saved this place for a two star. Needs tobe cleaner in dining and kitchen as well. Read more
The food was just fine, actually one of the best KFC biscuits I've had. I ordered through the app, and when I got there they... said I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru, I had to come in to pick it up. There was only one other car in line, so notbusy. Doesn't this defeat the purpose or ordering online? I'm looking for FAST food. Parking and going inside is not my idea offast. Read more
Last time I went here, they had no patience. About two years later (yesterday) I gave them another shot. I got a chicken... sandwich, nothing extra. It couldn't have been more sloppy if they tried! The bag was literally leaking sauce (not dripping)pouring! Read more
