We popped in around lunch time my sons treat. The food came very fresh and hot. I was pleased only drawback is the wait time was... maybe 20 minutes over, but it was worth it to me and it wasn't crowded but if your pressed for time this may not be the stop foryou. Staff was very pleasant. Read more
Truly a disappointment. Was our son's birthday celebration and we all left feeling let down. Our server Jordan was very nice,... but she rarely came back to check on us. We were a gathering of 10 which included 4 children of varying age 2 - 11. We gotseated in the side section with a flickering light which is not the best for an autistic child, but we made due. The let downwas overall food quality. Our steaks were tough and stringy (at rare and medium rare). Even the fries were cold. No one cameback to see how our food was or if it was cooked correctly. It seemed the place was short staffed since the only server we hadwas Jordan, who I did leave a decent tip for. Never saw the manager if they had one. At $182.41 it was a hard lesson. I really enjoyed my time at Logan's Roadhouse. The wait time to sitting down and getting asked by the waiter/waitress was... really quick and smooth. Also, the employees were all really great and doing everything they could. The butter rolls were thefirst thing I got to eat and man do they rock. They're already buttered up and not dry! The perfect consistency. For the meal,I got the buttermilk chicken tenders with a side of fries and they were also excellent. The chicken specifically was reallygreat, better than a lot of places I've been to. The atmosphere is also calm and slick with the hints of neon everywhere.Perfect if you're solo or going out with family or friends. I definitely wanna head over again sometime soon! Read more

Had a wonderful evening out with my husband at Logan's the service was amazing and the food was cook to perfection I was very... excited to get my steak fries and Caesar salad and not have to send anything back that don't happen often so I was very happyabout that my husband had the ribs Mac & cheese and baked beans he also said his food was perfect the drinks were made sodelicious we had two a piece they were the hush 5$ drink very flavorful {fruity} worth every dollar thank you to all the stafftonight for making our experience great... Normally love the food we get here. Steaks are always perfect and sides are spot on. However, this order we tried different... items and this is what we got. Really strange. This has never happened before but we can't ignore the evidence. Door Dasher wasalso late and didn't communicate. Door dash has given a credit for the potato skins, chicken and Dasher tip but I wanted to makesure the owner knew as I'm not sure Door Dash contacts the restaurant. Seemed like they were short handed, that's okay, I didn't mind that. The service was good. The food was great! Also, the best... thing was - there was no wait to be seated. . The bad thing was that there was a nasty smell, like rancid or soured - like oldmop water or maybe the dishwasher needs to be cleaned out, but the smell drifted and lingered throughput the restaurant theentire time. Also, the music was way too loud, as we were seated directly below one of the speakers. I did enjoy the music theychose to play.. Our server had to sit down in our booth in order to hear our orders.
