3 years of coming here every single day. Sadly those days have come to an end due to the rudeness and very unprofessional little... teenager manager they have running the place on Sunday. Just in shock at how they have a manager that is so rude running theplace. Won?t go into many other details but cooperate is now involved. I love all the staff here as I come daily. They all loveme as well. But something about the Saturday/ Sunday workers blows my mind. I will make sure I go one last time to say bye toall the friendly faces that work there during the week. Everyone in there is kind respectful and hard working. I sat there and watched them for over an hour while enjoying my hit food... served with love and care. I have never had a McDonald's to serve me with respect and love. Wowza!!!!!!. They are prompt fastfriendly so much care and their attitude unbeatable I love McDonald's and their employees. Absolutely ridiculous. Great customer service. But an employee was trying to drain a tea machine that was leaking everything, to... not create a safety hazard and her bosses were screaming at her. She punched in early and was doing exactly what she wassupposed to. They told her to just let it leak everywhere? Absolutely unacceptable. I hope that girl quits or the managers faceaction. I was the Doordash delivery person trying to help with the leak. Read more
Where are the old McDonalds foodservice standards? No customer service standards at all. No one wears hats or hair nets either.... Pretty sure that's a basic foodservice standard. Who wants hair in there food. The Health Dept needs to crack down on the basicfood safety standards. Read more
I only ever go to this location (well honestly all locations) during breakfast time, and they usually do a good job. Don't want... to jinx it but whenever I pull up there's always a decently long line but they're always very quick getting people through, evenwith just the one lane open which I've noticed they do that a lot lately (close one of the drive thru lanes and only keep oneopen) maybe that helps them run smoother, faster and more efficient with less mistakes? I've been lucky enough to always get mycorrect order, but I always try to check my order real quick before I pull off, doing my best not to hold up the line. Onereally big pet peeve of mine is when the hash browns are cold and I'd say 80-90% of the time they're nice and hot. Hopefullythat percentage doesn't change lol Read more
I haven't had McDonald's in a long time and I must say I was pretty satisfied. Went through the drive thru. It was fast the food... was hot. I usually don't eat nuggets but they were really good. The employees were very polite and their customer service was onpoint. Read more
