Worst experience ever. Arrived at 7 only people waiting. Told us 15 minute wait that turned into 40 minutes. We did notice the... time cause we were talking. Ask the staff what?s the time for a table was told that they didn?t have anyone that wanted to serveus. One girl told us to just leave. She then told us that they were full. There was a party of 9 to the left, two couples in themiddle and 3 couples to the right of the restaurant. The other wait staff she will see if we can be seated. No one wanted toseat us but they had time to go outside and smoke weed. I wanted to leave but my friend wanted to stay for the bread. 3 adultsand 3 kids. Seated by 8pm. No bread til 8:30. Adult drinks never came. Kept asking when will the food come. Kept being told it?son its way. No food til 10pm. I just asked for to go containers. None of the kids had dinner because they were too tired whenthey go home. When we asked for a manager and explained what happened she just said everyone is having a bad day. 1 steakmeal,2 chicken meals and kids chicken strips. Staff and food are amazing!!! Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was fantastic. I had the Ribs and Alice... spring chicken?..*chef?s kiss*. The manager was the best, extremely accommodating. She walked around making sure everyone waswell taken care of. You can tell she has passion for great customer service and it tricked down and shows in the staff.Definitely recommend!!!! Read more
Some of the Rudest and probably the most GHETTO staff i have ever encountered... I Came to dine in.. it to more than 1 hour to... get my food and it wasnt too busy today... The staff that assisted me wasnt very polite and i felt like i was being rushed toorder my food... When i got there... there were customers who were already waiting over an hour to get there food... they wereso frustrated they didnt want to dine in no more and wanted there food to go... I got my food ate it, left a tip even tho i feltshe didnt have the people skills to deserve it and left... not even 5 minutes later i turn around to go back because i left myjacket in the seat, i get there and not even 10-15 minutes later its missing... WHEN I GOT THERE.. THEY WERE CLOSED AT 6:30PM...talking about system error.. NOT TAKING ORDERS.... there was a short dark skinned lady wearing a zebra colored jacket. I askedher did she see my jacket, she laughed and said no... i calmly asked her is it possible that you can go back there and check,she went to to back, screamed did you see this mans jacket... i heard nothing but she came back and said no.. so then i askedher is it possible if you can check the cameras.. i was here not even 20 minutes ago.. it shouldnt be hard to rewind thecamera's... she laughed and said my manager aint here... so i left.. As im writing this, there is a lady who came back 3 timesbecause her food wasnt correct.. this lady looks very frustrated and its a big order, as i was leaving... one lady said sheordered her food 1 hour and 45 minutes ago and shes been patiently waiting in the parking lot for them to bring her food... iheard the lady say we are going to have to make it over... i dont know what happened... So basically i came to eat and enjoymyself just to deal with rude ghetto staff and and a STOLEN JACKET that the staff think its funny to laugh about... Probablythe worst experience i ever faced... Place is absolutely horrible, the cooks belong at a soup kitchen. One filet was cut off on a carry out (porterhouse) and the... replacement was charred like a pork chop. Ask for a steak and get whatever the 2 year old cooking can come up with. Will notreturn. Read more
Awesome night. The only complaint is the onions in EVERYTHING with no option to take them out. Onions in the rice and grilled... mushrooms left me with a side less dinner. Please add the grilled mushrooms without onions management. Aside from the oniontake over it was a very relaxed environment. Read more
Ordered 2 meals , coconut shrimp, and a blooming onion, From the top down, my steak was ordered medium rare, needless to say it... was COOKED (see pictures) . I would say it was more medium or medium well if anything. With my meal I ordered a loaded sweetpotato, which wasnt "loaded) with anything other than a lack of flavor, it was dry and tastless. I dont even want to describethe veggies that came in a throw up bag, it litteraly tasted how it looked, (like throw up in a bag) The coconut shrimp wasdecent, a little over cooked and burnt, but I seem to like it that way, that SAUCE on the side was the best part of the wholemeal... No joke! The bloomimg onion was a bit greasy but had some flavor and still was edible. The other meal was chickentenders and fries, something simple you cant mess up, or so I figured, but lets just say if you ever had a meal in a desert withsand blowing around youd think these chicken tenders and fries were cooked right next to the pyamids in Giza, they were DRY, Igave 2 stars just because giving one star would make me feel like I didnt like any of it, but that coconut shrimp sauce wasamazing, Will not be returning any time soon, Side not ** the staff inside is so loud, I get you want to have fun and yourjob, thats fine, just maybe some etiquette, If someone would want to reach out please find a way to communicate back and forthto better help your establishment flourish, Read more
Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Our food also came out amazing and cooked to perfection! My husband and I came from... the 11/Hoover area and were not disappointed! Very horrible visit and lazy staff there should be no way that the bar looked this for over an hour that I witnessed. Workers... were standing around talking and unbothered it wasn?t busy at all during my visit. The manager was at the bar for a second butno one did anything. To many bugs flying around the bar to enjoy. Also the wings are very small now and was extremely salty sowasn?t edible. Read more
