Refuse to honor valid coupons smh....when I walked in I presented the lady at the counter my coupon and asked for clarification... if the buy one get one bowl comes with a side. After she confirmed this I placed my order. While I waited for her to bag up myorder I walked to the register and placed the coupon down. She rushed by that register and went to the second one, so I grabbedit and walked over. I didn't really hear the price correctly (guess the expectation now is to always assume that they wont dotheir job correctly) and after I inserted my card I looked over at the menu to check the price. I was waiting to see the receiptso I could confirm. When she went to hand me my food she asked my where the coupon was. I had it in my hand and I said let mesee the receipt. She took the food and ran away to ask another crew member something. When she walked back she said why didn'tyou show me the coupon? I said I did at the very beginning of our conversation. She said that it was my own fault that I paidfull price. Unreal, she refused to do anything to even try and remedy the situation. Read more
Worst experience ever. First issue they gave incorrect amount owed at drive thru speaker. I had exact amount ready to make... pickup faster and was told a totally different amount at window. No apologies, no ?I made a mistake, it?s actually x dollars.?It was just an attitude of give me x dollars and be on your way. Then I get noodles instead of rice. I go back and they REFUSEto give me a corrected order. I ask for a refund and was refused that as well saying all issues must be called tocorporate???!!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER be back there again. So now I?m out $11 and some change with a partial dinner Ican barely enjoy because the smelly noodles permeate the box. This location has been one of my regular go-to spots for lunch, even despite the construction currently going on out front. Food... is consistently freshly made and hot, little to no wait (might be due to said construction), and friendly staff. Overall, wouldrecommend. Read more
They don't wear hair nets. I got a a long piece of hair in my food in the middle of eating a piece of chicken. I went up here to... ask for a refund and I recorded a video of all the employees not wearing hair nets. They also refused to refund were very rudeand unhelpful. Management wasn't any help either. I ordered the Bigger Plate and got a double order of Walnut Shrimp (delicious), with mushroom chicken (alright and edible) but... when I got to the egg rolls I was disappointed, they sent them both to me old and burnt, and the chow menu was gummy and undercooked. This is the 2nd time I?ve eaten from this Panda Express and was disappointed in 1/2 my meal. Today the food was so old it was barely edible. My boyfriend paid for two bigger plates. His noodles had the texture "like... rubber bands", my rice was hard and had a big clumped up ball that looked uncooked. Also the chicken and cream cheese rangoonalike were very stale and crunchy. I like the location on Hall better, but this one is closer for me. I hope things are improvedsoon, we will probably not be back to this location for a long while. Read more
