Highly disappointed in the service and quality. I ordered a delivery for sandwiches, chips, soup, and pastries. This location is so nasty. I got here at 7 am and counters haven?t been wiped. The drink station hasn?t been restocked with lids... or cups. Bathroom floor sticky. Drink lids all over the floor. Food on the counter where you pick up your food. This place is sodirty I?m not sure if I want to eat this food. I also had to wait 15 minutes after getting a text message that my order wasready. I ordered the strawberry poppy seed salad online. It was delivered without strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, pecans... and had 5 blueberries and some chicken. It's impossible to reach them to actually get what I ordered. They absolutely don'tanswer the phone to fix this.. T he worst service ever. Read more
I really only come to this location to get drinks. The one time I ordered food, the sausage, egg, cheese on Asiago bagel and... there was no sausage. I will just stick to drinks. Read more
Drink station needs to be cleaned better and the floor in front of the drink station needs to be mopped very sticky,and the... floor needs to be vacuumed. Not 100% clean like they're sign says. Read more
I am sad because I have to revise my original review? again.. I came here 4/2/22 via the drive thru. I waited for 15 mins just... to order . They are short staffed and trying their best, I am not taking that away from them. Most of the staff is very kind andhard working. However, I have to advise others, in case they don?t want to wait 40 mins in a drive thru. Unfortunately my foodwas cold and my chicken avocado melt was missing many ingredients. I almost gave up on this location after many wrong ordersand low quality service/food. But I really love Panera so I ordered today for delivery. Very happy with my food. Soup was stillhot and sandwich was nice and hearty . Must be new management or employees because I had 4 bad experiences in a row in the past.Happy to revise my review! Read more
