Having ordered multiple times, today is the first I've regretted it. My delivery was shifted to a grub hub driver and took over... an hour to arrive. Upon calling the store, I was granted a $25 credit, but in my household, if you want some right, do ityourself. Avoid this pizza hut. Add your ethnic flair to grocery store dough and don't call in. This is one of the worst Pizza Hut restaurants ever. WHOMEVER the apparent manager was walked by us twice and never even... acknowledged that we were in the store. She continued to do other work while not assisting any customers. Also, the guy in theback was leaning so close into the pizza sauce while preparing it and did not have on a mask. After ordering and waiting for over an hour and a half, we get a phone call saying that our order can't be delivered because 1.... They don't have a delivery driver, and 2. It's a cash order and when they sent it to doordash, they didnt realize it was a cashorder, Doordash won't accept those. ... why after waiting almost 2 hours was this then happening?! This should have been a phonecall within 10 minutes of ordering to let us know. Not wait until almost 7:30 pm at night. Myself, my son ans husband are NOTHAPPY. Horrible . Never had to sign for a pizza that?s already been paid for during coronavirus when I?m fact I been caring and in... contact with a corona patient this week! You?re policy is trash and your drivers are rude banging on the door multiple timeswithout a single phone call.
