Horrible . Never had to sign for a pizza that?s already been paid for during coronavirus when I?m fact I been caring and in... contact with a corona patient this week! You?re policy is trash and your drivers are rude banging on the door multiple timeswithout a single phone call. Kids have credit cards too so telling my daughter she?s unable to sign is ignorant and then ureturned the pizza and probably threw it in the trash over a policy when my kids are hungry. Greedy shameful corporation. Yourphone service guy was rude hung up on me and did not tell me I would be refunded and couldn?t call his own driver to tell him toleave . I've never had an issue with the food here. The pizza and bread sticks are always delicious. My kids ordered the meats lover... melt it was like eating saltine crackers and meat very hard and dry. Read more

Having ordered multiple times, today is the first I've regretted it. My delivery was shifted to a grub hub driver and took over... an hour to arrive. Upon calling the store, I was granted a $25 credit, but in my household, if you want some right, do ityourself. Avoid this pizza hut. Add your ethnic flair to grocery store dough and don't call in. This is one of the worst Pizza Hut restaurants ever. WHOMEVER the apparent manager was walked by us twice and never even... acknowledged that we were in the store. She continued to do other work while not assisting any customers. Also, the guy in theback was leaning so close into the pizza sauce while preparing it and did not have on a mask. I walked out becauseprofessionalism, customer service and cleanliness should be top priority. Read more

After ordering and waiting for over an hour and a half, we get a phone call saying that our order can't be delivered because 1.... They don't have a delivery driver, and 2. It's a cash order and when they sent it to doordash, they didnt realize it was a cashorder, Doordash won't accept those. ... why after waiting almost 2 hours was this then happening?! This should have been a phonecall within 10 minutes of ordering to let us know. Not wait until almost 7:30 pm at night. Myself, my son ans husband are NOTHAPPY. Now at 730pm I am cooking dinner when we should have been enjoying our pizza instead. Not acceptable Pizza Hut.. Read more

Food was fine. Ordered a personal pizza and it was fresh and what I ordered. The customer service could be a lot better though.... Pulled to the drive through window, waited 5 minutes to be ?greeted?, I say that in quotations as I was never actually greeted.They just opened the window and stood there waiting for me to speak. No hello, no nothing. I think the girl said maybe two wordsto me which was ?5 minutes?. Ignored each of my ?thank you??s. And no ?thank you have a nice day? etc. Learn some manners or geta job where you don?t have to interact with paying customers. I would give negative stars if I could. Pizza hut doesn't care about he customer. I was shorted food. Tried calling the store... with no answer. Bad Staff here at this place. I paid through Pizza Hut App, Arrived and they did not prepare food whatsoever, was running late... to work and cashier was not helpful with situation at all. They said they didn't receive order at all, I showed her the orderthrough the app, afterward she just told me to look at the menu and place a new order like nothing happened. (Still charging mefor an entire new order) I've ran into previous issues with the staff here, they have a very bad habit of not preparing yourfood until you actually show up. My advice is, just go to this place PHYSICALLY. Don't use the app, just go in. Because theyaren't promising with their service. I think it's a good place overall, I just think the problem is the people working thereright now. Hopefully new staff members may take their place, or they improve. Read more
