Had two bread sandwiches there recently. One piece of bacon, a tiny smear of avocado, a few very small pieces of onion,... tomatoes and jalepeno with no dressing. Two weeks prior got maybe 1 level Tbs of tuna...nothing else. I tried. Never again. Read more
Their food is awesome. Only the ?bowl? of soup is small. 5-7 deliveries so far and no problems.
The subs are SO disappointing! The amount of meat on them is sad. My husband and I have given this place multiple chances and... it's safe to say we won't be back. 2 pieces of lunch meat is about what you can expect if you order a wreck. Too bad because thetaste is there but amount of ingredients that you pay for isn't. Read more

This store has the worst service. When we arrived at the drive thru to order they stated we could not order a shake because the... shake machine closes at 8:30. I was placing the order at 8:34. So I continued to order. When I pulled up to the window Cam/ orKam (female), took my payment. When she handed my card back under her breath said something to her co workers. When she cameback I asked if she said something and she said yes, that you were mad about the shake. Not at any point was I rude, upset, oreven bothered. I asked for the manager, and she stated she is the manager. I let her know she has horrible customer service totalk about the customers. With a smirk on her face she said she was sorry and walked away laughing. This company should reallyevaluate their employees and do better with customer service. This happened with my 10 year old sitting next to me, who I had toexplain to why people unfortunately are rude, and can be inconsiderate of others. Then we get home and she even messed up theorder and put hot peppers on my daughters sub. I will not be returning. Read more
Welcome to Potbelly. Where you spend almost $50 for everyone to get 1 slice of meat per sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. $9... sandwiches with 1 slice of meat. I've given this place multiple chances & everything gets worse every time I go back. This wasthe last time. Read more
The past few times I've gone here they have really gone downhill. Always making simple sandwiches wrong, never putting... everything in the bag, etc. Thought I'd give it one last try today & once again, can't even make anything right. Simple BLT withmayo had super small 1 rotten tomatoe on it, 1 dab of mayo & undercooked bacon with wayyyyy too much pepper. My son took onebite & spit it out. My Italian sandwich was missing the tomatoes, onions, oil & Italian seasoning. My side dish of hot pepperswas NO where in site once again. And no straw in bag for my son's shake. Everything was correctly written on the tag but nothingwas made right. Highly disappointing once again & a complete waste of money. 3 times in a row now. Unbelievable. Read more
This was my first time here, I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, service was good and friendly. I ordered the avo turkey,... loaded potato soup. So far I only ate the soup and I must say not impressed with it (Chili's loaded potato soup is the best)this soup was blah, no zip or zing. Like you opened up a can of soup. Little chunks of potatoes, no bacon, no cheese, no sourcream with tomato topping, absolutely nothing. I sure hope this sandwich is better. Read more
