It was my first time there. The hamburger and out waitress were pretty cool. I'm simply frustrated about my "pumpkin milkshake".... Not only was it devoid of pumpkin spice flavor, but also made me sick to my stomach immediately, my unsettled stomach healedonly after a couple of hours and I'm just happy that I didn't end up in urgent care. ???? Seated quickly and wasn't too busy. Our waiter was very polite but was hard to get a hold of, we waited 20+ minutes for drink... refills as well as a fry basket refill we never actually got with the wait time between asking, waiting, asking for our billetc. Food was tasty though! 7/10 Read more

Came here with my children, we had a short wait to be seated, the restaurant seemed very busy at the time we came but our... service was exceptional, our food was hot and everything was delicious. My son who is a huge burger eater said his burger wasthe best burger he?s ever eaten. So my only issue was that our table was a little sticky like it may have been washed to muchand the finish was started to come off or something and the duct work was leaking water and it kept dripping on my arm and back.Now I would usually take that into consideration when posting a review but the service was so good and the food was reallydelicious that I felt they still deserve a 5 star review. We showed up just in time for happy hour which we had no idea was actually going on but it was a pleasant surprise. We hadn't... been here in a while. Mixed drinks and tall beers were only $3 and apps were only $5. Definitely recommend the boneless wingsthe buffalo which they call Buzz have true heat and were great the Island Heat are excellent also the jalapeno are powerful becareful. The Bonsai was our least favorite. The pretzels were great, the cheese they give you is outstanding, a wonderful beercheese but I forget what beer they make it with. The bartender that served us was on point, quick and friendly. The seats at thebar are extremely comfortable also, great idea, put in super comfy seats and people will stay longer, eat drink more and thebusiness makes more money. Just thought of that because we were very comfortable and probably stayed longer and had one moredrink because of it. Anyway definitely try to get your fries well done they come out pretty soggy and sad, I believe their isstill free refills on fries also. Might be why they're kinda limp, mass produced. Next time we go maybe an onion ring tower or aburger who knows but looking forward to it. Read more

Order the Ragin Cajun chicken today for carry out and I took 2 bites and realized that the chicken the chicken is literally... half the size of my bun. So I'm paying $13.99 for my sandwich and fries and I don't even get a full piece of chicken. It'sliterally the size of a small mcchicken from McDonald's. I'm just so disappointed.
