The AT&T Fiber ladies practically just beg you to look at their services and enter your info when you walk by. I get it's their... job for commission, but it's not that serious!! I love being friendly and helpful but it's SAD when I literally have to walkaway out of frustration when I just entered the store. I literally told them I have WOW internet which is owned through AT&T nowand she was still trying to sell me something I didn't want. I had to walk away because it felt like I was talking to a humanrobot who kept repeating herself. Otherwise the store experience wasn't bad I just wanted to share that experience. Read more
Tire center never answers. I looked up tire sizes for 5 different vehicles on line. Every single size was special order. I have... to question what all the tires they have there actually fit. Complete waste of time. I recommend going somewhere else. Read more
You can't beat their rotisserie chicken deal and there are some other good prices throughout the store, however, their app... doesn't show you where items in the store are located, so you waste a lot of time if you do your own shopping in the store. Mostof the people working on the floor are vendors that only know the locations of the items that they are demonstrating orstocking. Scan and Go saves time, but doesn't make up for the time wasted. No complaints, i ordered online for pikk up, was kinda easy to navigate, i cudnt think of the name of a few things, So i cudnt... get them.. That was a Lil upsetting to me.. But i did get my order in tym, w kind service. Thank yu. Read more

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Customer Service/Membership Service was very rude to my family and myself. We had a... promotion on our phone stating that we had to come in by today to get basic membership for $15.00 for a year. We got turneddown. They would not honor it. If you want better customer service, I would go to another location. I promise you, this place isnot worth the time. Read more
Sam's club on Northbound Gratiot Ave between I-94 exit and Masonic Blvd right near Macomb Mall. It is in a great location. There... are other shops and stores around in the area that complements this place nicely. Always has a great selection of items. Justknow that every sam's club carries something different and every sam's club gas station has different prices. Employees for themost part are pleasant although a few have some issues. Meat selection is always high quality at a good price. Cakes are goodand made fresh daily. The Cafe is slow but that's due to it being so busy with hot and freshly made foods. You can also purchasejewelery, appliances, perfumes, electronics and other items. Take advantage of the discounts, buy in bulk and save some money! Read more
I've been going to this Sam's club in Roseville, Michigan for many years now and they still don't have good management. Note... other Sam's clubs are well operated and I give the Sam's Club in Novi 5 Stars all the time. But Roseville NEVER has enoughcashiers to get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time but not this place. I see people walk in the front door and say"Hell No!" I am not waiting in this ridiculously long line. The lines are so long they always block several aisle ways. I can'teven shop in the store with all the backups at this Sam's Club. I have also walked in and walked right out! This place is agoldmine for Sam's Club but they are losing a pretty penny with unhappy customers saying Not Today Sam's Club. So I went toMeijer to spend my money NOT waiting in long lines. Read more
