Went there and sat in the drive thru 15 minutes with a car in front of me just to find out it's closed at 5:00 pm. Went back... again a couple of weeks later around 6:00 pm same thing, the employees were all in the parking lot all loud and yelling I don'tcare. When one yells WE CLOSED to me as I passed by. Judging by the pictures of their food in the other reviews I'm glad now itwas closed. Read more
Literally the worst service ever. I dont write reviews EVER. But this was too bad to ignore. First theres an air conditioning... vent directly over the take out area in the store. The sides of cheese had such a small amount I could see the bottom of theramekin and it was cold. Im assuming it was cold when dispensed. We went back inside to get the accurate amount of cheese (atleast cover the bottom of the ccontainer) and the manager working yelled from the back of the store "NO NO THATS A PORTION IFTHEY WANT MORE THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR MORE" THEN gave us the same sides back. The cheese on the grilled cheese burrito was burnedand off the side so the soft shell burned too. There was barely any meat on anything but loads and loads of lettuce and fiestastrips. When I order food im not expecting to still be hungry but here I am. I had more shell than anything which went to thedog. Listen, if you hate your job that much find something else that you at least hate a little less so you dont yell atcustomers for asking for what they paid for. -5 stars. I feel like they work for the bad reviews so they get fewer customers onpurpose at thus location. You cant get paid to do nothing. Just a rude store with nasty management. This isnt an isolatedincident, but will be our last visit to this store ( which I think they want so they can sit in the back of the store and notget bothered but get paid) do yourself a favor and go to another location. I?m not sure why my husband decided to go to this Taco Bell but he did and the food was terrible. We spent 29.00 and all of the... tacos barely had anything in them and we order a chipotle wrap and had to add our own chips. Called the night manager toregarding my order and he only offer me the option to bring my food back. That is a major inconvenience to drive all the way uptheir after already passing out 12 tacos. I?m very disappointed and I will never go to this location again. Read more

This location is a hit or miss. During the pandemic they were a hot mess, serving people basically when they felt like it. But... they seem to be somewhat better staffed these days. It still took 3 people, 1 being the manager, to get my order of just 6 itemscorrect. So I'm still not convinced that the convenience of location is worth the hassle? Probably won't be making a run to thisborder anytime soon... Read more
Fast and friendly staff! Food was spot on! My husband said the crunchy taco was actually crunchy!!! I will say this the way they... have to ring up a chicken soft taco completely over charges the customer Taco Bell needs to get it back on their menu the rightway priced fairly. My next complaint was the amount of chicken I got, considering I was so overcharged. This is a corporateissue not a local issue locally this location didn?t amazing job. Read more
