Always enjoy the honey turkey and honey ham slices to make sandwiches, aside from holidays this is a always a good place to... stop by (maybe not this location again for me) ... purchased two in store today, the croissant was very fresh, the sandwichwas made to perfection! It was more cost effective to get the combo (chips and drink) approx 10$. They also have sides anddeserts which are frozen thereby allowing you to purchase an entire meal... to include Hawaiian rolls. My wife & I stopped in at 3:30 PM to order 4 ham sandwiches the 11th of July with potato salad. We wanted the sandwiches on... multigrain bread instead of croissant rolls. The older woman claimed we sell hams and that this is not a sandwich shop. She wasvery rude and hateful , The older man was very helpful and nice along with the young lady working there. I believe the WomanManager was upset because they had an order of 150 sandwiches to make . The gentleman made the sandwiches perfect. I buy HoneyBaked Ham not the sandwiches 4 times a year. What dragged my day down was the nasty attitude of the Woman Manager. You raiseyour business by being nice to people not trying to drive them away. I got a ham for Easter. Precovid, I remember the line being wrapped around the building waiting for a ham. During this Easter,... the line was short and fast. I did not reserve a ham so I had to use a different entrance from those that did reserve. Mycashier didn't show me the ham, which was perfectly fine during Covid. We are not a fan of any of their side dishes so we onlyever get ham, not even turkey. I've never had a bad Honey Baked ham. That crunchy coating is amazing! We all loved it,especially while camping. 100% recommend this location! I ordered through Uber eats for my grandparents who can not drive, and the driver picked... up/delivered the wrong food. The manager Tina went above and beyond taking it upon herself to deliver the food to mygrandparents! If that is not true customers service I do not know what is. She had definitely made my grandmothers Mother?s Day,this is their first Mother?s Day without her son (my dad) and I live in North Carolina, so this means so much to us! I am sothankful! Read more
Fantastic store. Even in the busiest times, they make it so easy. It is on the expensive side, but well worth what you get. This... location is run fantastic. And my family always loves the flavor of the ham. I've never found a store bought ham that cancompete. Read more
Imagine This... It is Thanksgiving Eve 2020 and it's around 3:45pm. You visit a honey-baked Express on the way home and they are... completely out. You remember there is one close to home that has never let you down before. You set course for that location.You pull up cars are lined up on the street, parking lot is full, and the line is to the back of the building. Are youdiscouraged? Of course not this is expected. The team had everything running smoothly. Signs were up for pickup orders, andthere was someone directing traffic making announcements as needed for same day orders.
