Every time we go to this Tim Horton?s something is messed up. I ordered 2 chocolate dipped donuts a coffee and timbits. They... never greet appropriately at the speaker in the drive through, I can not understand anything they say back due to who ever onthe head set is talking so fast it comes out as gibberish. They don?t say thank you pull around, it?s always ?pull up? so wepull up to the window to pay, hand her the money and I turned to talk to my passenger for a couple seconds (even if I wasn?tpaying attention for an hour) turn back and she?s just standing there with a look. Why wouldn?t she say excuse me, here is yourchange or anything ? She gives us our drinks and guess what she didn?t get the timbits because instead of letting me complete myorder she says something in maximum warp seed and then dead air. Good thing that I caught the last word ?up? and pulled up. Shesays oh I didn?t get u for the timbits. Rude rude rude. Read more

This experience was awful. We had to wait for our drinks and Timbits, which is fine They bring out the drinks and then had to... remind that we had timbits When they came back out we expressed how our ice coffees didn?t have any cream or sugar. He took themback, and the manager (VERY ANGRY) came out back and said here u go. Again they had no cream or sugar, but at least had ice thistime. This location is usually very good and the food and drinks are ready right away. Idk if I?d wanna try this place again Read more

Today, I experienced the worst customer service at this location ever. I frequently visit this location almost daily because I... work nearby but, after today?s experience I will never return. I love Tim Hortons but this experience was not the best unfortunately. My food usually is awesome & I love it. But my bagel was... not good at all. It was old, had barely any cream cheese on it and forgot to toast it. I made sure I said toasted too. One thingthat was delicious was my Iced Cappuccino! I asked for extra cream because most times if you do not then the iced cappuccino isnot sweet enough. The employee made it perfect and added the extra cream like I asked so I appreciate it that very much. I hopenext time I visit Tim Hortons there food will be fresh and delicious. Read more

After waiting at the window for over 5 minutes and waiting for someone to take my order I ordered two Carmel Macchiatos, the two... coffee?s I received tasted and looked like plain iced coffee, I told the woman they weren?t what I ordered and was told I waswrong, I explained that they tasted and looked different. I was told that the coffee must?ve stirred while she walked to thewindow and that the photos they advertise are just camera angles. I asked her to please re make them and she re made the wrongdrink.
