Shirley is the best delivery driver I ever had. She was super nice, and had awesome customer service. Most genuine person ever!!

WoW. There is a first, AND LAST time for everything! This was possibly BOTH for me! Delivery took almost 2 hours. I held out, to... be patient...when I called, the owner said that the delivery guy was In rough traffic..and would be here in a few mins...sureenough he was. But that was still almost 2 hours late. I paid $27 for a $14 meal. The difference was a $5 tip plus howeverdelivery is determined... My food was not warmand enjoyable as expected ... as if it was sitting.Delivery guy was nice andapologized..but I have a feeling based off of all comments I see NOW that this is normal. IF your business is located in ONE faraway place, from restaurants that you deliver for..maybe focus on what is AROUND your location for quicker delivery. Just anexperience that I will never go through again hopefully..but also being honest 100%. This is a time that I never thought I'd have to do and leave a bad review for wok to you. I had placed an order using their... services at 7:28pm when they do t close until 8:30pm. The person on the phone told me it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes toreceive my food. Here it is, currently 9:00pm and I have not received my order. I have Tried calling wok to you from 8:45-8:53you would think that they would have someone still answering phones for already made orders, instead someone answers the phoneand immediately hangs up. In my 27 years of life this is the very first review I have ever left on Google. I have used wok to you for years and have... always been very pleased. This night in particular I was left absolutely flabbergasted by the incredible and kind service that Ireceived. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who took the time to help us pick out a Chinese restaurant in our usualrange (since ours is under new ownership and not what it used to be and we have not found one that we enjoy thus far), and hewas incredibly kind and patient on the phone(plus we LOVE the place he recommended!!!!!!!!) After, we had the absolute sweetestdelivery driver deliver our food and had a pleasant short conversation with her! So so nice all around! Wok to you has SUCH nicestaff always. Edit to add: The owner reached out to me later this evening and did make the situation right. I appreciate him contacting me and... addressing the situation and explaining what had happen. Ordered online this evening made sure I typed everything out per theinstructions on the website. Received a call asking about my credit card info as it messed up online. While on the phone I wasasked about one of the meals I ordered, was asked what size I wanted. When the order arrived I was given the incorrect items. Iimmediately called and was told I would have to wait another hour for the correct items to arrive. It was already 6:30 at nightso waiting for an additional hour was not really an option.
