went Saturday night 30 mins before close, got an extra jalapeno popper and they plugged the sauces. fresh and hot as well.
I was turned away at the drive-thru along with many other people at 7:49 Friday night. The person on the at the back door my the... drive thru screen said that "We're closed y'all can go eat somewheres else." I went here for lunch with a friend. The service was pretty good, they were friendly and the food was good. There was one other... couple eating there also, otherwise it was pretty empty in the dining room area. With that being said, I would have expected thedining room area to be a little bit cleaner. It was hard for me to find a table without crumbs on it and if I did find one thatdidn?t have crumbs on it, the seats had crumbs on it. What a bonkers experience. I go to Arbys, it?s 6:50pm on a Thursday. There is absolutely no one waiting in line to get their... order taken, and I promptly get my order taken. I order a classic roast beef sandwich meal, with a Barq?s root beer and curlyfries (was specifically asked what kind of fries), and a 4 piece mozzarella stick.I forgot to mention I wanted some arby?s saucewhen I had my order taken at the speaker. I turn the corner and come to find that there are indeed two cars waiting for theirmeals. After about 6 minutes, I move forward. I am given my Barq?s root beer. I told the handsome young man who took my orderthat I wanted some arbys sauce. He asked how many I wanted, and I said 4. (Man who took my order was very handsome, and verypolite) he then asks me to pull forward to wait for my food. I wait about 3 minutes at the next window. I am given my food, andI drive home. I open my bag to find my sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and some marinara sauce. I also find an incredibly severelack of fries or arbys sauce of any sorts. As you?d imagine, I?m pretty emotional at this point, my mouth is dryer than adehydrated corn tortilla, and my taste buds and stomach are screaming for the sweet sensation of some potato-based sides. Thereis absolutely no chance I am driving back to this Arby?s to request my fries and Arby?s sauce, as I don?t have enough PTO towait around for them. If you want to be charmed by a man taking your order, only to be absolutely physically and emotionallytortured and brutalized in your own home, I?d highly recommend this Arby?s. Read more
The wait time was terrible! Order 2 chicken nugget kids meal and when I looked in both bags, the nuggets were missing! I had to... go back and ask if they could give me the nuggets and was ask to see the bags! Should have went to the one on University becausethat is where I have always received excellent service! I waited for over 20 minutes for my order that was placed inside and at 810 pm. When I asked about why it was taking so long,... the young manager (I'm guessing) apologized and gave me a free meal card. On the flip side they were short staffed but worked asquickly as possible and my food was freshly made. I'll go back again. Read more
