Unbelievable wait time for chips and dips and few orders of wings. Waited 20 minutes for chips and dips, additional 20 minutes... for 1 order of wings, another 15 minutes for last order of wings. Couldn't even get the take out order right and our server hadto "talk to the manager" to re-do our takeout order. That was another 20 minutes of waiting. In total we spent almost 2 hoursjust lounging and waiting for our food to come out. Server was great until she knew she had messed up than that went downhillquick. Forget it, if I knew we had to wait that long for food we would've went somewhere else. Read more
This is my favorite bdubs location, typically very good service and food comes out quick. Great place to go watch some football... because of the multiple tvs and they will change the channel for you if you want. I suggest trying the chips with queso dip ifyou've never tried them. Read more
The cook was very rude, messy,and disrespectful. I always come to Buffalo Wild Wings and as a valued customer that?s spending... money I expect to be treated as such. If the cook didn?t want to be at work she should of stayed home. Her energy completelyruined my lunch. With that I?m going to continue to enjoy the location in Crystal,Mn. They are professional and their customerservice shows they enjoy their job and making the customer feel important. Maybe the manager can drop by and do a orientation oncustomer service. Disappointing takeout experience here. Placed an order at 6:38pm that stated it would be ready at 7:00pm. We arrived earlier... than 7:00pm and checked in. Only to finally head inside at 7:10pm to ask for our food. Normally, not a big deal, sometimesrestaurants are delayed. However, the receipt showed the ticket time as 13 minutes, meaning, our food was ready at 6:51pm and wewaited outside (checked in) for nearly 20 minutes. Who knows how much longer we would have waited if we didn?t go in. Inside wasempty as can be. Food was fine, needed to reheat as you can expect. We won?t be ordering at this location again. Read more

Mouthwatering wings. My family has lots of allergies, but we can all eat safely here because they have this Excellent sheet... that shows what allergens (if any) are in each sauce. Wings are fried in tallow so no worries about the oil either. Great staffand fun sporty atmosphere. Read more
