Parking lot was absolutely dark signs off and there were homeless people sitting at the drive-thru bothering customers and... throwing things at vehicles if they were not given money. Good thing Chick-fil-A is across the street. You can have your guttertrash. Read more

Every employee at every visit to this particular Burger King has been very nice, experienced, and completely efficient. This is... not the case for all Burger Kings, but this store should be THE shining example of how to take care of customers. Read more

Sometimes they don't have enough employees available for you to be able to Walk in and eat. It's right on the bus line and if... they are open to allow in restaurant dining then your able to enjoy a quick tasty night. Although the last time I was there Ipaid with a fifty dollar bill and was shorted ten dollars in my change back so overall it's a crapshoot and a risk choosing toeat here Read more

The dining room is never open... The card reader never works, their overall app doesn't work 95% of the time. I just think that... Burger King has really declined in quality. When you order on their app, you can't even order the same things that you can orderwhen you go in the store and the prices change. You can't even order their bundle on the app. This store specifically is....oneof the worst. Read more

Food was good however they failed to provide me a receipt. I called back within 2 hours and asked for a copy and the general... manager stated he could not find it because it was past 30 transactions. He was nice enough and took my information to reachout to the district manager however refused to give me the District Managers name. Today, 48 hours later, I called therestaurant again and the general manager stated that it was in the district managers hands and once again refused to provide meany contact info stating he would get fired if he gave me the managers name. Apparently this location is owned by Tri CityFood's but I haven't had any luck contacting them so going to try calling Burger King customer relations. Read more

Do not order big here. They will give you old, cold food and fries. Our entire order was old food and looked like it had been... re-used. Spent ridiculous amount of money just to throw the entire order away. My kids didn't even want to eat the food fromhere. We threw the entire order away! The onion rings we purchased looked like poison. I had to post them. Please be carefulwhen ordering from here. They do not care about what they are giving their customers. This is the 2nd time this happened to uswith the night crew. It will not be a 3rd. Don't eat this rock hard food. Read more

Ordered inside, took it go since the booths and dining areas were dirty and had garbage in them and the condiments counter too... and I had poor service and attitude by the shift manager. They are probably understaffed, and drive-thru takes precedence overin person. However; the quality of my double whopper and Chi'King sandwiches was not good, over fried and dry and lacking a hottemp, not fresh at all. BK used to put out decent, hot fast food, it seems they are not doing that anymore. The bread was soggyand the whopper meat old. Fries were decent, that is the only thing BK does right, consistently. My opinioms are taken fromdozens of BKs across two dozen States where I have visited BKs. This looks like a remodeled store and updated. The large screenT.V Playing useless pop culture shows needs to be shut off, nobody wants to hear that garbage while eating, at least have theweather channel or something else on. Read more

Wow what a pleasant surprise! We were in the area and decided to stop and have breakfast. Went to the order board and the lady... was polite and didn't hassle us to finish our order (other places are you done yet?) She read it back correctly too! When we gotto the window she greeted us and my husband asked if she rang up something wrong because it was cheaper than he thought it wassupposed to be! But no it was right! The cashier has skills! Then another male employee came up to the window and actuallygreeted us and gave us our food, he was really polite and friendly also! All of our food was fresh and hot, tasted great! Weeven treated our Boxer, Tinka, to her own sausage egg and cheese croissant and she approved happily! BEST BREAKFAST I'VE HAD INA LONG, LONG TIME!!!! Read more
