Worst Chipotle staff I've ever dealt with. I had to stand there at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 or 4 people slowly... wandered around like zombies. Only one customer ahead of me... The counter was a mess, only one person cooking, they were outof brown rice, and the few staff that were there were SO slow, it was like they were all sedated. Like other people have said, it seems like the employees literally do not understand how to serve customers in a reasonable... manner. They just leave your burrito sitting there for 5 minutes, open face, cooling down while they start on the next customersburrito. Once they finally finish it, they let it sit there for another 5 or so minutes before deciding to ring you up. Food iscold with questionable quality when we finally receive it. Read more

This place is always dirty. The rice is usually old and sticky, and the counters are always dirty. This was my third time having... to walk out this year, due to the mess. I will never go back! The health department really needs to close this place, or get newmanagers. Read more

First of all, I have to give kudo's to every Chipotle front facing worker who has to deal with non-stop Karen's. I watched a... husband say "just a little rice...that's not enough...oh, that's too much" and then complain about the amount of chicken. Simplyput, if you want extra chicken ask for a double portion and pay for it. Then as I am eating, a woman is taking 5 minutes totell someone what they want and asking "Do you know how many points that is?" I don't think he is a personal trainer andnutritionist Karen. Ordered a bowl and chips & queso. When I picked it up this note was on the bag. Sorry, out of chips. No credit back to my card... and no answer when I call. This place was not clean, the frescas were all empty, lemonade was empty, tables were dirty, floor not swept, scarce silverware,... no napkins. I was afraid to touch any surfaces and the meat looked like it had too much oil and it was soaking through the bowlswe each got.
