Went out of my way to try one of their pumpkin cream cold brews, instead of Starbucks which I go to everyday. I only had cash to... pay with but apparently they can?t except bills over $20. Drove out of my way to go to this place. I knew my order might be a little complicated and I wanted to go inside and order face... to face to make it easier. Open sign was on but the doors were all locked. Multiple people attempted to go in but drove offbecause of this. It looked like the drive through was open, but I watched a car wait for their order for 6 minutes, so I decidedit wasn?t worth the hassle. Went to a local grocery store instead. My dad ordered a medium hot coffee for $2.67 and had a card with $2.73 and it only took off .18 cents. The coffee taster like... hot water. Front cashier was lost cause they can't take the time to train their employees. The person that gave my dad thecoffee and then added more cream put the coffee down and it splashed on the counter. So focused on listening to drive thru thatthey don't even care about people in the Front. Worst dunkin donuts I have been to would not recommend. Read more
I always have a good experience at this location, but this morning I ordered through a mobile and pay extra just for the whipped... cream, but they didn?t put any on it. I asked that I pay extra for the whipped cream. The employee there go put whipped cream onmy matcha latte, but he barely put anything on. I?m so disappointed! Read more
I've been here a few times due to location convenience only and have generally gotten attitude from the person taking the order,... especially if I am ordering more than one item or ask for a slight adjustment such as just an additional egg and sausage on theside. I get it if someone is having a bad day, but for the amount of times I've encountered it at this location and from otherreviews, I'd say to people that feel so inclined to openly show annoyance to customers (who aren't even being difficult, as Iknow some customers can be) in their customer service job, do yourself and everyone else a favor and find a different job whereyou aren't so bitter everyday. I stopped by the bank and decided to geab something to drink. There were three workers there. One was making drinks, another one... standing at the drive thru, and cleaning. I stood in the front for a good 3-5 minutes waiting to get my order but all there ifthem never took my order and did not acknowledge that I was there. They kept talking to each other like I was not there standingand ready to order. Read more
