Food was fantastic and they accommodated for my allergies!!
I was underwhelmed by their food. Not a lot of flavor... undersalted. Their pho was pretty good but they don't have chili oil so... that's a dealbreaker. Friendly staff though. It's not a restaurant I would personally request to visit again. Read more
I love the food here and the staff! My husband and I are regulars and they know our orders by heart lol. We walk in and they... already know what we want! Our favorites are the grilled beef noodle salad, egg rolls, and spring rolls. Lots of parking aswell. Read more
***UPDATE*** Back for more! This place really has it nailed down, great customer service, awesome food...not much else I could... ask for really. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant! I ordered delivery food from here like a thousand times and it was delicious every time!... Taste like in VN even better! The worst Pho ever! Don't recommend!!! Literally 2 half meatball, 2 beef brisket, a bowl full of liquid, and a very small... portion of noodles. And this was supoosed to be a combination. I finished less than a minute. I never imagined having to dig onthe bottom of the bowl to find barely any noodles. Never eat here again! Read more
Hoa Bien is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. My go-tos are vegetable fried rice, fried chicken, egg rolls, and... sometimes I have the cold white noodle salad (I can't remember the name) and lo mein. The food is fresh, delicious. I havenever had a disappointing experience here. It is on my top 10 favorite places to eat in Minnesota. Read more
