People here are just kids running a store how they feel, ignorant 12 year olds.

Terrible customer service by a fellow by name of De?Jaughn. He seems angry and not excited to serve customs. The card machine... malfunction and he sort of scolded me to reinsert my card. I told him YOU are responsible to tell me what?s wrong with themachine, I am here to pay for my merchandise. Business owner needs the teach These people how to be helpful, respectful and showa friendly demeanor. If not happy bay work, why show up for it? Bad attitude and customer service don?t mix. This Holiday Station was the most ratchet experience I've ever had! They tried to close 20-30 minutes early when no other... station in the area was open, I started taking pictures to report to their senior management, and the young white man openedthe doors. I proceeded to make my purchase, and the young black guy was cursing at myself and the other woman that had beentrying to get service for 10 minutes prior to my arrival! I told him he was very unprofessional and I would be alertingmanagement, and he said so what...he has 2 jobs. Never have I been so appalled. The one that opened the door just continued toapologize. Fire the other one!! The night before Mother's day at that. Read more

I stopped for gas today and the pump kept asking me to put in a dollar amount of gas and then kept cancelling my transaction. I... went inside and the cashier had no clue what to do and said "just pay here, how much gas do you want?". I respond that I wantto fill my tank and the woman asked me how much it cost to fill it? Really, I left and went elsewhere. This is the worst gasstation ever; always issues. Read more

10JAN20 2135hrs. The guy working the first register with all the tattoos should not be working in customer service with the... public. He has the worst attitude, acts extremely cocky and treats customers as though they are an inconvenience to him in a gasstation convenience store! Rude and uncalled for; Holiday can do much better! Treat all people with respect and dignity. Ifsomeone greets you kindly, greet them kindly back, it's your job and it's called customer service! With the current climate inthe Twin Cities, the least we can do is treat one another with a little compassion, dignity and respect! Additionally, I wouldlike to commend the manager on duty, I called her and she was everything, showed professionalism and attentiveness. Truly, aperfect representation of what customer service should be and I respect the fact we were able to have a civil conversation aboutmy experience. Read more

I kinda like this place because of the great staff that keep me satisfied with all there sweet smiles and kind words. whether... it's a "how can I help you today?' or a "I'm sorry but we're out your cigarettes but we are expecting a shipment here today atsuch and such time." I was looking for some cooling fluid for my car and they didn't have it on the shelves so the manager tookthe time to go out to there shed and get me the exact type of fluid I needed for my car:) I'm just a stranger to her and shemade me feel at home and welcomed. I just can't say how much that made me feel:) good vibes this place! Read more

This is the little Holiday store that could. It's in a good location and it gets lots of traffic. It can be difficult to find... parking at times and that's great for the store in that it's busy. As a customer, though, the store has a sort of a rough feel. The inside isn't dirty.. but somehow it doesn't feel completely clean. Maybe it's just dimly lit? Staff has always been nice butin the mornings the line can get pretty long and there's not much room to line up so you feel in the way of everyone. Ioccasionally get a breakfast sandwiches aren't always completely cooked through. But that's the worst I can say about it. I'vebeen in convenience stores much, much worse. But I've been in some better as well. Read more
