Everytime I go to this location to use the car wash, no one pays attention to the cars waiting to be let in. I think they... would be better off making it self automated from the beginning instead of waiting for an employee to slowly walk out to thewash and spray down your car. The prespray hose is broken and isn't high pressure like it use to be. The young African Americanguy had no energy, and didn't offer any wipes for the interior. They have gas at a fair market price. However, their bathroom has hours? Too bad the functions of the human body doesn't have... hours of operation. The Holiday location at 1345 Marshall Ave, down the road, doesn't seem to have this issue. Read more
The employees here are horrible, stopped in to get gas and use the restroom my partner waited in line to pay for the gas while I... asked if a key was needed because the doors were all locked. The lady told me "they were both out of order because someonemessed them up" as I walked back to my car before I wet myself, my partner heard them say they "aren't out of order they justdon't want to clean them." I'll never be buying my gas or anything here again. Read more
The cashier I encountered was amazingly sweet! He was wearing a green mask if that helps, but yeah they don't accept EBT or... apple pay which is kind of weird but the employee assured me they are working on it and was just so kind asking for a differentform a payment. ???????? Read more
At this car wash, there is an attendant who has to assist you. You have to wait for them?you don?t just drive up and enter the... wash. There?s also a conveyer belt that pulls your car though the wash. All that to say?this is not your normal car wash. Had Iknown that beforehand, I would not have purchased a wash. Additionally, the attendant working the car wash today must?ve beenhaving a bad day because she was astonishingly rude. I?d avoid this place. Read more
Went to go get a car wash and gas. Bought the wash at the pumps and rolled up to the car wash. There was a sign to say wait for... attendant so I did for about 5 minutes. Got impatient because I had other things to do and moved the sign and drove in carefullyas to not break anything then sat there and waited. A couple minutes later lady about 5 8 and brown hair comes over screaming atme and being incredibly rude. I told her the situation and she did not let up. So I would not recommend this one for a car washat all. Staff seems to be very unpleasant. The wash itself was fine. Read more
I paid for a car wash and drove my car in. The machinery was operating but not moving and I was confused. Backed out my car... partially covered in suds and asked what's up inside. Apparently there was supposed to be a sign up that said I needed to alertan employee to activate the car wash. $13 for that lovely experience. Read more
