This place is located in the rosedale mall. Me and my boyfriend went on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty empty. We were a... little hesitant about there being no one there but we decided to eat there anyways. I really enjoyed the chips and queso, butthe chips were a little stale. We ordered the chicken tacos and the carne asada tacos and both were very good! Now see you areprobably wondering why this got a one star review if we initially were enjoying our food?. well halfway through our meal, welook down and there is a mouse limping across the floor. We notified the waitress and she swept it up and took it to the back?Then she said nothing else about it. Didn?t check on us or offer reassurance that everything was alright and that they were agood clean place. After seeing this mouse right at our feet we immediately lost our appetite and questioned the cleanliness ofthe entire restaurant. They didn?t offer any compensation or anything at all they just acted as though it was normal and happensall the time. I was absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. I?m pretty sure this is the least favorite Mexican place I?ve ever been to. Had queso sauce enchiladas. No flavor whatsoever.... The rice tasted sweet which is strange, the queso sauce literally had no taste. Salsa with the chips was sweet, also strange. Mydaughter got Mac and cheese, it?s gross. My son got tacos, the meat is like a paste. I need to go to a real Mexican place andget this experience outta my head. Read more
Been here a few times and every time the food snd service is exceptional. Yes the servers don?t always stay there and show up... every so often to the bar but that is something I like. They don?t hover around you. The food is delicious, drinks delicious,staff is very professional. Read more
My server Nicholas was beyond rude. The 2 others I was dinning with received their food, 10 minutes later my food arrived. I... ordered the chilies Releno it was greasy and cold. The chips were not fresh the salsa was bland. The prices were average. I willnot return. Read more
The place is very colorful and beautiful. But the best thing comes when you receive your food that just seeing it makes your... mouth water. Excellent presentation with delicious authentic Mexican flavor. Very good customer service, they attended usquickly and we really enjoyed this experience. Read more
I would be embarrassed to own or operate this restaurant. I have never seen less effort put into a meal. This is bar-none the... worst food-service establishment I have ever been to. Do not eat here. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Ummm....probably the MOST disappointing restaurant experience I?ve had in a very long time -with the WORST service from... MANAGEMENT! EVERYTHING seemed old. THIS FOOD AND THIS PLACE IS JUST WRONG. I?d give ZERO stars if allowed. BOTH tap beerstasted watery and were undrinkable, the Tamale dough was so MUSHY it wouldn?t hold together and was filled with dry chewychicken. The nachos had almost luke warm ground beef and cutting into a large chunk of beef was UNCOOKED inside. The chips,most basic thing, were STALE. We even had to ask for the hot queso to be heated up because it was served luke warm also (beforewe got nachos and tamales and discovered all the other problems with the nasty food) The ?manager? Roberto basically called usliars - originally we only asked for the beers to be taken off. When he became rude and accusatory, we told him about the foodproblems where he promptly told us we were paying for everything. We didn?t eat or drink even a quarter of what we ordered -all he needed to do was not be a first class A-hole and do his job professionally as a manager. My first clue should have been the place being empty. They have a bar with tvs but dont know how to work the tvs. Food came out... lukewarm at best. The queso was straight just cold and soupy. Everyone who works there rather sit on their phone than help you. Read more
