Traditionally, this McDonald's always got one thing wrong on our order. That's improved. The new issue is a consistent inability... to work with the mobile app. If you want to be inconvenienced, try using the app with your purchase at this restaurant. It'sfrustrating. I became the car people get stuck behind because they couldn't figure it out. No one ever repeated back my order asif that would cause another problem. I really like the quick service and huge selection of food and drinks. It's easy to find what you want and order quickly. The... lines move fast and the employees make sure that your order is correct. Overall I enjoyed being there and I recommend you giveit a try Read more
Refused to take my order after I was waiting 20 minutes in line. He said it was because I was on an electrical scooter, I tried... explaining that I just worked all night and had nowhere else to eat and he scoffed me off and said he didn't care. It seemedlike he just didn't want to take it because they were about to close. Read more
Not a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Tables are dirty and the kid with the weird hat working the front register could... care less about his job. 15/hr still not enough I guess, couldn?t be bothered to fill the drink cup all the way. Just lazy andinconsiderate. Read more
They had this picture hanging inside! I think every McDonald's should have one. It was the only thing I enjoyed about this... McDonald's. The staff was very rude. When I walked up to the counter to place my order the employees that were standing at theregister didn't say hi or welcome, I got attitude and was made to feel like i was bothering them or something. My order was apretty big order, I had everything written down and slowly read it off but every time I said something the person taking myorder would say "what" and I would have to say it again. There was nobody else in the restaurant but me and it wasn't loud soI'm not sure why she kept saying what, I don't know for sure but I believe she had an earbud in which would be superunprofessional. Best McDonald's I've ever gone to! The staff is super friendly, you never wait long in the drive-thru even if it's super busy,... and my order has never been made wrong (and I am someone that does a lot of substitutions on orders, I'm used to getting mystuff made wrong). I just moved to the cities for the first time, and this McD's is better than any of them in smaller towns. Read more
This McDonald has the best drive thru crew I?ve ever experienced. I went on 11/14/22 at about 8:20pm and the guy that takes the... order always has the best attitude, he was super patient with me as I was trying to figure out the app coupon, really kind andjust gave me an awesome customer experience. The lady at the window handing over my food to me was so kind and so helpful also.This kind of crew is hard to find at a McDonald?s drive thru so I appreciate them even more. Read more
