Hadn't visited a Noodles in 5 years. A lot has changed. Even if you dine in, your food is served in disposable plastic, with... plastic utensils, wrapped in more plastic, then a paper bag. Super wasteful. They no longer sell stroganoff pasta of any kind,which is what I came for. Portions were quite small for the price. Tortellini was overcooked to the point of being mushy. Thechicken tasted super processed, was dry, and had obviously been reheated. The pasta sauce was the only good part about my meal. The tomato bisque (soup) was burned and super thick. I asked for a refund on the soup, as it was completely inedible. Managerwas helpful, they are the only reason this review gets two stars. This chain has seriously gone downhill. I was in today and it was the worst customer service ever! I had a penne Rosa and the chicken was not only undercooked but... almost raw, I wouldn?t be surprised if I end up with salmonella from just handling the bowl! When I spoke to the lady up front,she was so rude and did nothing to make it right and wouldn?t even refund my money, after she said they wouldn?t remake it!! Imean seriously like im gonna eat raw chicken!?!? So, I literally paid for something I could not eat! After the lady did nothingand had an attitude, like it was my fault somehow?!?! I made it a point get her name and I am pretty sure she was the manager,regardless her name was heather and she is the reason I will never be back!! Read more
I love noodles and company! This location was amazing! I have never visited this location, and I was extremely pleased. I... ordered Mac and cheese and my friend ordered the buttered noodles. Both were good, and both were cheap. Both had the rightamount of cheese and seasoning to make it taste just right. The establishment was also clean, allowing us to safely eat and feelpositive about our experience. This place is a 5/5 if you want to eat good food in peace for cheap. Read more
ROSEVILLE LOCATION DOES NOT OFFER DINE IN. This is my 4th visit in the last year that i went all the way to the store only to... leave with no food. They advertise dine-in but there is no person at the store to place your order. Not even a kiosk. And thewebpage has never worked for me when trying to order at the store - it's glitchy and orders don't go through. They need to getrid of call centers and get actual people back behind the counter asap. Like the food but infuriated by the lack of customerservice at this location. Read more
My experience at this this location is usually positive. Today not so much. I ordered a side of Tomato Basil soup and what I... got was quite disgusting. The soup looked more like burnt chili and tasted even worse. This soup must have been sitting for along time and was well past its lifespan. Whoever served this should be ashamed of themselves. I took one bite and the restwent in the trash. At least the rest of the meal was good. Read more
Mexican street corn salad was mediocre but at least I could eat that. And the tomato bisque was brown, oily and didn't even... resemble a tomato bisque it was inedible. Tasted burnt and bitter. Read more
The manager was very kind and understanding when I called and complained. Unfortunately, this was the cilantro on my meal... today... and whatever else. I just feel disappointed that someone would put that on a dish and call it good, send it on itsway. Make your own choices. But I am a bit put off. Read more
My first time here. Walking in, first impression was very nice. It was clean, the folks were rustling around doing work. Menu... all over the walls lol. I was able to look over it without being bothered. I got 2 dishes, zucchini noodle orange chicken andthe Japanese pan fried noodles with marinated steak. The first one was wonderful! The zucchini noodles were crisp and flavorful,chicken was tender and the flavors mixed well. The second, I don't really like these noodles, but that's a preference, howeverthey were full of flavor (I just don't like so much noodle, too thick for my taste). The steak bits were awesome, tender forthin strips, absolutely awesome, not enough for the meal though. Mushrooms are added to help make it look like more. Themushrooms were unexpected but I must've missed it in the description. Service was wonderful, very nice folks and quickcooking. I'll totally go back! Read more
