My 3 year old and I waited for 17 minutes to get an icee and fries. They called what I thought was my name and there were 2... fries orders so I assumed she rang me up for 2 orders by mistake. I should not have assumed that and it take responsibility forthat. I grabbed the fries, wrangled my 3 year old and started walking to our car. I heard someone yelling ?mam? in anaggressive tone so I turned around. She was yelling across the mall that I had taken the wrong order and was following me. Iturned around and came back instantly and meeting her half way. When we were face to face she told me I ?stole? this order. Isaid ?excuse me?! it was an honest mistake.? She then took both of the fry orders my son had touched and took them out of myhands! I told her we had touched them and she said yeah I know I am throwing them away. I was so taken aback by this and inshock on how I was being treated by a total stranger. I walked back to the couple whose order I ?stole? and apologized and theywere very kind about it. We then waited even longer to get a small fry which she could have just taken a big one and dumpedinto a small container instead of wasting and throwing it all out. I have worked in customer service and the food industry andknow it?s hard and you deal with a lot of rude people. I ordered something simple, tipped her and was in turn treated awful infront of my 3 year old and a bunch of strangers. I went to this spot for an Icee after searching the local area for this one of a kind masterpiece without luck. When I arrived,... the line was around the corner. It was 3pm! Not even near dinner time! I realized that it wasn?t a rushes fault, it was the slowservice! The workers there were moving very slowly. When I started my order the woman ringing me up was super quiet. I had toask her what she was saying probably 3 times before I could understand what she was saying. I got my Icee fast, but I wouldn?trecommend coming to this location if they A. Don?t have both registers open or B. You are only buying one item. Read more
Extremely extremely rude staff. Like another review on here, I was shocked. I watched as another customer used a few napkins to... wipe off a dirty table that was in the hallway. An employee then yelled at the lady to come over to the counter and proceeded torip the napkins out of the customers hands because ?those aren?t used for that? followed by extremely dirty looks the entiretime the customer was waiting with her kids. the food was good. loved the fries. they were crispy and delicious. but the service was actually foul. it was sick. i was quite... literally yelled at by an employee because i didn?t hear the cashier ask me to wait for my drink. which caught me so off guardbecause i had been nothing but nice and polite. that interaction ruined my mood for the rest of day. when i went to go andreceive my food the same employee slapped my napkins on the table. which i thought was very strange, however i excused it bythinking that maybe she was just having a bad day. as i was eating my food i watched this same employee give attitude to alittle boy who ordered fries. she had called his name and he didn?t hear, when she finally got his attention she sucked herteeth and threw his napkins onto his fries. i was actually shocked. it?s one thing to have a bad day but to take it out oncustomers, ESPECIALLY little kids is actually sick and insane. you?re literally doing nothing but your job. she honestly killedmy whole mood and i was so bitter for the rest of the day. despite this though the fries were GOOD and i would def come back formore if she wasn?t on the clock. Amazing fries! The best cheap and delicious fries with a variety of flavors. I ordered the garlic and Parmesan original fries.... If you?re visiting the mall definitely come check out this place. No other restaurants/fast food sell fries like this and theyhave such an amazing flavors. Read more

Food is very tasty, customer service is trash. I ordered a 6 piece tender meal, by the time I open it on the drive home I find... out they gave me 3 tenders & 3 miniature ones about the size of my pinky. I?m about 15mins out (on highway) when I noticedthis; they?re having me drive back or it never happened. Read more
